Same Product Viewed Multiple Times

Got it! I don’t think there’s a filter that allows you to build segments of 3x clicks on the same product without defining what those products are.Depending on how many SKUs you have on your website you can add in each one with OR statements. This is definitely the long answer. Another Option could be using same Viewed Product filter and adding in the “Viewed Items” contains properties logic as an AND statement.  Thanks

Enrich profiles by click behavior

In regards to tracking the different types of clicking activity. You can add a custom UTM parameter to attribute the different forms of content. Maybe utm_content or something along those linesAgain might be a bit easier to do on segments vs customer fields. Here’s how that can look  Thanks

Instead of using the out of box Browse Abandon flow you could create a Custom Flow where the trigger is “Added to Segment”. In the the segment can include the added 3x times in “X” time frame. Thanks

Enrich profiles by click behavior

It might be better to build that out as a segment vs enriching the profile. Most of the profile enrichment data is for demographics vs engagement. For example, asking users gender, name, interests, etc. All user behavior is tracked and you can easily build out segments to target these users who click multiple times

I cannot get the web tracking to work with shopify

You can check the active on site metric or viewed product metric to see if anyone qualifies. It might take some time to render the changes
