How can I create a segment where it tells me which users have not confirmed the double opt-in?

Thanks for your comments! I have gone through the shared articles. And did already changed the opt-in setting to single opt-in. However, it doesn’t solve what I’m trying to achieve.The users who didn’t confirm the double opt-in are still the part to the list they were added to; although their email subscription status is ‘Never Subscribed’. How do I segment such users, who ‘never subscribed’?

It does on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I guess this was not updated from Klaviyo then, may be just how Outlook renders emails on different devices.

How to track if someone clicked a phone number link?

Hey @David To thanks for the reply.I understand that Klaviyo doesn’t track click events on functions currently. What’s the workaround? It’d be great if Klaviyo starts recognizing these functions as link and track click events. It’s pretty standard with other ESPs. It’ll save everyone sometime and give better data. Thanks!
