Do you mean to say you’ve emailed the partner handle: partners@klaviyo.com and haven’t gotten any response? Unfortunately, no there is only a chat option for overall Klaviyo support, not partner specific. Hey @raWildflows I was waiting for some guidance on this myself but @Mailbox Manny suggestion would be best case scenario. Were you able to add a static class to the button? how do i add class code? can you help me ?
