"Any of the following" option instead of multiple "OR" statements?

Open and click behavior by contact

@KatherineB  thanks for the reply, but I’m not sure how that would give me what I’m looking for. As an example, say my list contains Bill, Sarah, and Jim. I’d want a table that shows this:Bill: received 10 emails, opened 6, clicked on 2 Sarah: received 6 emails, opened 1, clicked on 0 Jim: received 2 emails, opened 1, clicked on 1Is there any way to get that for an entire list / segment?

Any way to get Delivered total in custom reports?

@David To that doesn’t seem to match what I’ve seen in reports. For example, on a email I sent yesterday, the individual campaign report page shows 133,640 sent, and 133,272 delivered.If I look at that campaign’s row in a campaign performance report, it shows 133,637 total recipients (not quite the same as on the other page), with 365 bounces. If I subtract that, it shows the same 133,272 delivered.Is there something I’m missing here?

Hi David, Thanks for the reply. The single metric deep dive is helpful, but not quite what I’m looking. What I’m trying to get at is a report that shows by each campaign (or flow message) the number of delivered, unique opens, unique clicks, unsubscribes, and spam complaints. I can almost get that, but it still takes the extra step.

Klaviyo is consistently slow lately

Hi Alex, Thanks for the reply, but it simply shouldn’t take 15-20 minutes to upload a list of only a few thousand email addresses. I ended up closing the window, and checked back later: it seems the list took over an hour to process.Meanwhile, segments will still randomly take 15+ minutes to calculate, even if they’re simple.
