So could I design the discount-on-signup popup in Klaviyo and then go to WooCommerce to set up the discount?I followed the instructions for WooCommerce coupons but when I did a test the error was “no coupon available for this product” or something to that effect, so I must have missed a step somewhere.Where can I find out what it would cost for someone to do all this for me? I don’t think I have what it takes! If I did, I’d be working for some multi-million dollar company.

Well, couldn’t fix it. I guess it doesn’t matter in the end--my name is on the blog post anyway so it probably doesn’t make any difference

hmm, you mean a non-gmail account? I was sending it to kjoq@earthlink.net, which is an alternative email I have.

Yes, understood, but all that is in place already. I just did another test with a random template to be sure I wasn’t mistaken. See the last panel, the sender name is Kwei Quartey, even though the contact email is contact@ediblecalm.com. So somewhere deep in settings there must be an incorrect entry.

Well, that’s odd. It looks like I have the settings correct, but the email is still sending from my personal name with the business reply-to address. I must have missed a step?

Never mind! I see what I did wrong. I had the smart send on so of course it didn’t resend on the subsequent tries!

Syntax errors

Actually I found out that it was the very last line of the page where the address is. It said “unable to parse ‘1355’ from ‘1355 N Mentor Ave Pasadena 91104.’ So when I deleted the whole address, the syntax error resolved. The address is on the website and so not totally necessary on the email.
