Resending campaigns to people that didn't open: recommended or not?F.A.Q.

This is great. However when sending information for an event that the recipient has signed up for, it’s important that we re-send to account for people who are just dealing with a load of daily messages in their inbox (we are sending to C-Suite types). And today I realised the “did not open” isn’t a helpful criteria as if they use iOS and haven’t opted in for tracking, theirs would have been market as open. It’s a significant gap where many in the audience use Apple.

Flow action - Move contact to another list

This use case is something Klaviyo should support out of the box. I was looking for it as part of my migration from Active Campaign to Klaviyo and I’m frustrated to learn I can't replicate my automation flows. Really surprised to discover this when I went to build it out today. I had told the client to use Klaviyo, thinking it’s a cheaper start than ActiveCampaign. But it’s costing me time in lost features that I’m used to in ActiveCampaign. Will be recommending AC in future until features are like-for-like as we use those types of automations a lot.
