Does Klaviyo automatically remove duplicate profiles when combining lists?

Can you decipher between New Subscribers + resubscribers using a segment?

Hi @Dov - Thank you for you quick reply!  Exisiting customer - a customer who’s has subscribed at some point via making a sale/sign up form/website sign up box but along the way have unsubscribed themselves. They exist in our Klaviyo account but are suppressed from email and/or SMS marketing.  Resubscribed customer - an existing customer that has used the sign up form to “resubscribe” themselves to email and/or SMS. Therefore they are not essentially a NEW customer as we already have their details and have previously communicated with them.

@Dov thank you! That’s answer my question. Much appreciated.   It’s a shame the “vendor” tag isn’t available across all flows - I’m sure we’re not the only mutli brand on Klaviyo who needs this.

PRICE DROP EMAIL CODING

@ayyub_here we are a multi brand website with over 30 brands (or “vendors” as Shopify refers to them). So we want the brand name displayed alongside the product name if that make sense.

@Dov  Do you know  what the variable to add “vendor”  into this flow is? @ayyub_here @Mailbox Manny No - “{{ % if event.extra.line_items.0.quantity = 1 %}} You have an item in you shopping cart {% else %} You have items in you shopping cart {% endif %}”  does not work hence i’m asking the question. Any one have any ideas??

For instance would it be this…? {{ % if event.extra.line_items.0.quantity = 1 %}} You have an item in you shopping cart {% else %} You have items in you shopping cart {% endif %} OR  {% if items.quantity|floatformat:0 < 2 %} You have an item in you rshopping cart {% else %}You have items in your shopping cart {% endif %} Sorry i’m only a novice. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How to Change Subject line depending on how many products in card?

Thanks @stephen.trumble ! We use Shopify. Could you help me string the subject line together with the event variable in an IF statement?  if the item count is one, subject line should be: “You have an item in you shopping cart” if item count is more then one, subject line should be: “You have an items in you shopping cart”
