How do I optimize this image for web and mobile?

Hey @Vbeebs  Thank you for your patience, as I was out of office. So the easiest way to achieve this on the desktop format would be to adjust the text sizing. If you haven't already, I would create two different blocks, one for mobile and another for desktop display only. Then optimize the text sizing for the desktop only version until you achieve a similar result. With drastic sizing differences between mobile and desktop screens, it is often best to create two variations as the desktop display will a lot more width to try to fill. oh wow I did not know i could do that! oh my gosh — you’ve changed  my life haha thank you!

yes! I meant to attach screenshots —whoops! I want it to look more like the second photo where everything looks more proportionate. Currently using a table block to accomplish the side by side on mobile and desktop.

How do I see my total number of email unsubscribers?

Hey @Jmclellan  thanks so much for the reply. I am just a little confused. What do you mean by “total unsubscribes for all of your subscribers” and “unsubscribes from your active subscribers in a segment”. My brain is trying to wrap it’s head around it but I just need a little more clarity. What I want to be able to do is just see how many people total unsubscribed from my emails or flows in September. (idk if that makes it any clearer) Looking forward to your response! Cheers,

Hey! This was a really helpful video! What I am wondering is how I move an entire section...I tried to move it further down in the email and it didn’t seem to work. It seems that sections can only live at the top of an email?

Why is this flow skipping over certain users?

Hey Bobi! Thank you for that! :) I checked and it seemed like the first email skipped the majority due to smart sending being enabled, however, the following emails were skipped because “Skipped: Person No Longer In List” I am assuming if that is the case, that this person clicked on an email they received and exited the Unengaged segment they were previously in. This to me is what makes sense for them no longer being in the Unengaged List :)

Why are their multiple dimensions for one product?

@ayyub_here  But if I create a segment based on ‘Order Fulfilled’ won’t I not be able to select a certain product? I would like to encompass all Kendal Pant orders—not every order ever made. Thank you

I have a question about this! Okay, so once you’ve done this, how do you get these people on a list? Or a segment? I was just attempting to figure it out on my end, but I don’t see a dimension for “Profile Property”So how can I email these people once I have done this? :) Cheers,  -V
