SMS campaign schedule in recipient's timezone

UPDATE:Support confirmed there is a bug. The only fix currently is to clone the campaign and check if the function is there. Sometimes it even works!

I dont have an A/B test, yet the option is not there. How can I send SMS based on timezones without A/B test? There’s no option for it like for email. See screenshot attached.

SMS Automatic link shorten customization

Any update on this? Our audience is old and doesnt know what a link shortener is. The fracture spelling of Kl4v!io isnt helpful, and the lack of tracking without it even less so.Also why does every link have to be shortened? I want to spell out our short domain name and add another link using your shortener, only because your’re forcing me to for analytics sake.I cant explain to my audience where the short link goes to if I cant type the full link out before adding the short one. It’s really annoying and seems not well thought through from a company that constantly waffles on about ‘user experience’.4 months is a long time for a feature update, considering you ‘introduced’ (if you can call it that) SMS more than 4 months ago.

Why does klaviyo's new editor work so slow?

This is still happening for me. It’s almost impossible to get anything done with the pause in typing text Same here. Tried on a fast PC and a new Mac in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Cache deleted, logged out, nothing improves. Always connected to fibre-optic connections via cable and speedtest and speed of use in other apps show theres nothing wrong ‘client-side’.Klaviyo clearly skipped the QA to launch this before the price hike!

New Template Editor – Am I the only one seeing a lot of bugs?

When building and cloning templates for our stores the editor often crashes, often 5 times in one template while doing something simple as changing the links.It feels really, really buggy. Often the input lag is so bad that you overwrite things when editing copy blocks.The editor also adds borders to buttons, which only show up in the preview.In all honesty, the new editor is clunky, slow, requires a lot more clicking than before for simple edits in large volumes and has caused us NOTHING BUT HEADACHE, and as mentioned above it’s shows a shocking attitude from you guys at Klaviyo to ask your customers to report lists of bugs while also increasing the price!Do proper QA, if we weren’t bound to your platform by now we’d leave.

Can Suppressed Profiles Re-subscribe?

This is not quite correct for all cases. What I’ve seen is the below:Manually added profiles to a list which are NOT opted-in by import will still be emailable. They’re not suppressed, but have an empty value. If you send an email to ‘all unsuppressed profiles’ these people will receive an email from you, as on profile level they arent suppressed. Same is true for any new list they subscribe themselves to. All of the above is based on double-opt in verification, and that’s important to point out here.You have to add a list level inclusion or exclusion to avoid this. Depending on your location not having double opt-in might be a potential data breach as you cant prove their double opt-in, so I’d be careful around simply injecting profiles into lists and assuming ‘is not suppressed for email’ will suffice.I’m also reading the term ‘globally’ a lot in the community and it needs clarifying for the casual reader that it only refers to the highest account level of your Klaviyo instance, and
