Flow Notification Email Not Available

Hey Stephen thank you so much - late yesterday something updated in the whole system - the interface looks completely different, the panel switched sides, and it fixed the problem. So I don’t know, maybe it was in the process of updating or something. But then I deleted & saved & re-added like the page you sent me said, and it worked.So, thanks for your time! I’m good now hahaDanny

Flow Notification Email Not Available

Okay thank you! Here’s some further info:It’s my own email. I’ve used it multiple times testing forms, etc. so I think I went in & deleted those fake profiles, which may be what caused it.Since then, I re-registered myself, it all looks good (screenshot below) I’m guessing all opt-ins are in place if it says I’m registered for emails & for SMS?I just can’t seem to get it to see the new version of my profile so that the email is available for notifications.

Hey Stephen, Thanks so much for taking time to answer! I did try the “remove and re-add,” but my address still shows up with a red X. I don’t think I changed anything, but I redid my contact just in case It’s my own personal email I can’t add, which is also the master email address for the account.It also applies to all flows - somewhere that address is disabled, but I’m at a loss where to look! Thank you for the article - I did try! Is there some other location the email address needs to be removed & redone other than the left panel of the flow configuration, like below? I can’t delete it from the popup window below - if i type it in where it says “enter an email, it loads it with the red X just like the popup window there. Thanks for reading, sorry for such a long explanation!

Adding to a Live Flow

Wow thank you for such a comprehensive answer! I’m glad to have such good info on flows vs campaigns.However, I need it to start with volume 1 when someone joins my master list. So does that mean flow is the better path?Also, I’d still love to know: if I add content to an active flow, will someone that already triggered that flow (& is receiving the emails) receive the new content when it progresses to that point?Thanks for this help!

Why are my mac.com emails bouncing?

Thank you Taylor! Yes, I have read the referenced question at the bottom of your reply. My answers to your previous questions:-It appears to soft bounce all Mac.com addresses, and I as far as I can tell, no others result in a bounce. Mailboxes are not full, those addresses work fine otherwise and are used daily.-These are not results from extensive research, only my own emails & a few others in my circle.-It is a fairly new, free account. I have another paid Klaviyo account, but I haven’t had this problem with that one.-Have not done any campaigns at all with this account - so far, I’m only using it for the embedded form. So I don’t know what it would do when sending a campaign.-What is bouncing is the welcome email in a flow I created for that purpose. There’s only one email, one notification, and one welcome SMS in the flow. The SMS and notification both work fine - only the welcome email gets soft bounced, and only from any Mac.com address.I re-created the flow from scratch, tri
