Is there a filter available to Format an item price to include a comma in Klaviyo?

Hi,In the meantime I have found the filter that accomplishes the desired effect. As stated in the Klaviyo docs most Django filters are supported and as of Django 3.2:The g suffix to force grouping by thousand separators was added to floatformat.https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/4.0/ref/templates/builtins/#floatformatSo, all that’s needed is to run your value through the following filter:{{ val|floatformat:”2g” }}This simplifies things considerably.

Hi,4 months ago I provided a workaround to getting the SUBTOTAL. The updated code below changes floatformat:2 to floatformat:”2g” which adds formatting with thousand separators that was missing before.${% with val1=event.extra.TotalShipping|multiply:-1 val2=event.extra.TotalTax|multiply:-1 val3=event.extra.TotalDiscount %}{{ event|lookup:'$value'|floatadd:val1|floatadd:val2|floatadd:val3|floatformat:"2g" }}{% endwith %}

Hi,Until the klaviyo product team gets this implemented I have developed a workaround that works for me as an interim solution. (It doesn't allow me to format the subtotal with thousand separators like I prefer.)The calculation we use to determine the SUBTOTAL:SUBTOTAL = Total - TotalShipping - TotalTax - Discount ${% with val1=event.extra.TotalShipping|multiply:-1 val2=event.extra.TotalTax|multiply:-1 val3=event.extra.TotalDiscount %}{{ event|lookup:'$value'|floatadd:val1|floatadd:val2|floatadd:val3|floatformat:2 }}{% endwith %}I hope this helps for the moment.

Hi,I’m using the code that Taylor posted — with some minor tweaks. I use “item.LineSubTotal” rather than “event|lookup:'$value'”. And I want two decimal places so I use “floatformat:2” instead of ‘stringformat:"d"’. See below:{% with val=item.LineSubTotal %} {% if val|where:'val > 999' %} ${{ val|floatformat:2|slice:":-6" }},{{ val|floatformat:2|slice:"-6:" }} {% else %}{{ val|floatformat:2 }}{% endif %} {% endwith %} The if statement doesn’t appear to be functioning correctly, since I get $,300.00 rather than $300.00!Amounts larger than a thousand look correct.Any insights?Thanks!Wolfgang

Order Confirmation | Purchase Date

Hi,I’m, like David, on a WooCommerce integration. I’m also trying to include the order date in the Order Confirmation email. What I find strange is that the order date is clearly accessible to klaviyo — I can see it in the left hand column under “Previewing with recent event”. So why is klaviyo not making it accessible to me to include in the email? Best,Wolfgang
