abandon cart products not showing

Hi, I’ve checked these - i suppose there is no need to add a code for Browse Abandonment on shopify anymore? along with this; why can’t i see images of the products which customers left at browse and cart abandonment.  Thanks

Hi,Thank you for your reply. So, I’ve checked shopify and klaviyo are integrated properly. and;   but no data is being captured within Klaviyo from shopify for these;Active on Site Added to Cart   Viewed Product   Am I missing something here for these to work? Thanks

Hi there @SK789 , Thanks for sharing with the Community. The first thing I would recommend is you looking at our Help Center article regarding Onsite Tracking. Then make sure you have a proper integration that will support the active on site metric and that the data is properly being tracked/stored.  There are three key ways Klaviyo will be able to identify a site visitor for onsite tracking purposes: If someone has, at some point, clicked through a Klaviyo email to your website If someone has, at some point, subscribed/opted-in through a Klaviyo form If someone has, at some point, logged into your site and you have identify tracking installed After that you can create a flow using the active on site metric as a trigger.   Hope that helped, Alex Hi Alex, Thanks for the reply. WooCommerce item price with tax

ok - this makes it quite difficult to use Klaviyo then - as the events in WooCommerce own Order completion has product prices with tax as the arrays you have provided only shows total without taxtaxthird line should be with tax - would you know what that would be? Is there any way Klaviyo can have these built for WooCommerce customers, as I can see for shopify this has been done. Would make it so much easier.

How do I display price including VAT in my Abandoned Cart email?

Hi,this works really good in abandon cart however the same does not work in order placed. Would you know what the array be for Order Placed and Completed? Thanks
