Multiple Sign up options - One flow?

Hi @Trish,The conditional split would be based on the value of the custom property. In other words, if the custom property is equal to “Blog,” the customer would follow one line of logic, while if the property is equal to “Wheelio” the customer would follow a different line of logic.Best,Caroline

Hi @hbaxton,Unfortunately that solution does require cloning the email and repeating it at different points in the flow. I realize it’s not ideal but I definitely recommend cloning the email rather than recreating the email.Best,Caroline

SMS availability in the UK?

Hi @meets,We do not currently support SMS outside of the US. SMS functionality within the UK is on our product roadmap; unfortunately, I can’t give a specific timeline at the moment.“Currently, SMS and MMS messages in Klaviyo can only be sent to U.S. numbers and you can only collect SMS consent from U.S. phone numbers. You cannot collect consent from/send texts to Canada, Puerto Rico, or other numbers.”Best,Caroline

Multiple Sign up options - One flow?

Hi @Trish,One way to do this would be to create a flow which sets a profile property based on which method the customer used to sign up. For example, create a custom property “SignUpMethod” and set it to “Blog”, “Wheelio”, “Footer”, etc. within a metric-triggered flow. You could then create another flow triggered by people joining the list associated with these signups. You could add a conditional split which separates profiles based on the value of “SignUpMethod.” You could then send each different group a different initial email, but eventually merge them back together to receive the same emails after the initial unique email/conditional split.How to Add a Conditional Split to a FlowHow to Add an Update Profile Property Action to a FlowFlows Caroline

Flow: looping with a time delay until a property is true

Hi @hbaxton,Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to repeat flow logic until a specific property is set to true. You could instead have the desired conditional logic repeat with enough of a time delay that there is a high probability that the property gets set to true within that time frame. For example, if most products are delivered within 3-6 weeks, repeat the conditional split within the flow every week with a 1 week time delay for ten weeks.An alternative approach would be to send a custom event to Klaviyo via API that contains all of the product information and that is only triggered when the product is delivered. You might be able to do this using AfterShip’s webhooks.Track and Identify API ReferenceBest,Caroline

How can I pull the 'only' price into the personalized recommendations and not the 'was' price?

Hi @Thomas_Rodier,If I understand the question correctly, you are looking for a way to pull the open/click rates for Back in Stock flow emails associated with a specific product. What makes this difficult is that the product ID is associated with the “Subscribed to Back in Stock” event, not with the flow email itself. As a result, to pull metric data that includes the product ID, you will need to either the Subscribed to Back in Stock event, or make the product ID part of the email so that you can access the ID when pulling the Opened Email metric.The only way to include the product ID in the email (while keeping it accessible via the Metrics API) would be to set the flow email’s subject to include the product ID via {{ event.ProductID }}. You would then be able to pull the Opened Email metric and sort by the product ID outside of Klaviyo. You also might be able to use the /export endpoint with a “where” or “by” statement to filter or segment the events by product ID.At this time we do
