How can I fix/stop emails from triggering SHOPIFY_IMG_NOT_RCVD_SFY in SpamAssasin (spam flag)?

Hi Community, Is this issue resolved in meantime as right now this things getting more and more importance. Spam Assassin is one of the most recognizable tools to identifying spam so Google and Yahoo can take it into account.

Hi @Jessicalee0402,Thanks for the question.If you only send a test to this emails then it would be good to create a fake campaign with only that emails you want to check.Then to check what happened to emails that was send to this particular domain search in Klaviyo for any email from that domain and check was it delivered properly and if not what caused the issue. Maybe it was blocked by spam assassin as in example below. If yes than you need to connect directly with domain owner to whitelisted you or you need to upgrade you deliverability level - to dedicated IP for example.

Hi @alexprtl,Also if you using shopify and customer register during a checkout or account creation. If the list connected with shopify subscribers has DOI enabled then its possible that customers will receive both Klaiviyo and Shopify one.

Across list profiles deduplication

Hi @retention,I create two list to separate customer using different language on shopify, but I'm afraid that with this setup the same email address can subscribe to all language lists separately. This will cause mess and also as subscription to this list gives customer discount benefits i want to avoid some frauds.

Klaviyo Reviews integration with smile.io

Hi @Brian Turcotte,Thanks for the answer, smile.io is great to bump reviews number and without this it cannot be done by using Klaviyo reviews functionality. I know that highest smile plan give you option to build custom triggers but its too expensive for now.

Hi @alex.hong,But it doesn't work for Abandoned cart as the customer can leave cart before providing country data, is there any other way to mark customer in the cart with language that he use and sync it as property to Klaviyo?

What is recommended for Klaviyo compatible Woocommerce Loyalty / Rewards Program?

Hi Community,In regards of loyalty programs I tested smile.io shopify app functionality and its very limited. Only highest billing plan give you option to create custom rewards. Second thing is that all marketing actions that you want to develop for rewards program members need to be setup manually ex. double points, limited time free rewards also there is no way of scheduling or limit the audience (beside program tiers). So if anyone came across something interesting in area of loyalty program would like any reco.

Hi @rreno,This script should work regardless of form name and how the signup form is implemented?I have a embeded form on many different shopify pages in different folders (lanuguage) and i want to identify customers based on the url they used.

Coupon code prefix

Hi @David To,So this mean that creating additional filter for automatic flow to restricts customers that already used that unique coupon code with prefix will not work?If yes you should change the filter definition because right now it says “contains” which can be misleading that all codes with this string ill be included.

Hi @Audrey-Anne,Yes you right when someone resubscribe to the list the property will not change as it was add as a result of the flow. But this profile will be again mailable.You can read more here: @David To is maybe automatic suppression something that was developed in meantime? Or is there any other way to cancel some profiles email marketing consent?

Engaged SegmentsTutorial

I agree engaged segments are very important Julie.. what do you think of adding in events like active on site, viewed product, started checkout, and placed order in the last 30, 60, 90 days, etc…? I personally like adding these website events in since these contacts are also very engaged even if they aren’t being tracked for email opens, which we all know isn’t 100% accurate.  For warming up IPs is different, but for most flows and campaigns, these are still engaged contacts worth sending emails to in my opinion..    Just a thought if we add Active on Site those we need also to add Checkout Started and Viewed Product right? Added to Cart metric is created when a customer (who has previously been cookied by Klaviyo) adds an item to their cart.  Active on Site metric is created when a customer (who has previously been cookied by Klaviyo) visits your site.  Viewed Product metric is created when a customer (who has previously been cookied by Klaviyo) views a product in your store. Also in

I want to eliminate all the contact form plugin and use klaviyo as a contact form not for suscribers. Is it possible?

Hi @SpanishDummy,I have couple of accounts that have different list for each form I must say its very hard to maintain. I would follow @Brian Turcotte recommendation and add those records to main list with additional property like source to easy track or segment those records.
