Two Lists or two accounts?

Hello!Upfront apology on TMI, but I do think understanding the whole of it will be helpful to anyone who wants to make recommendations.I am researching for the best option for our specific situation. Our business has one Shopify store;  however, there are general ecomm customers and then another group that shops with discounted pricing using B2B Wholesale Club.All customers are able to subscribe to our main email list if they want to receive the general/ marketing emails from the company. The B2B list has a separate members-only newsletter which is currently being sent from another app.A little background: both lists were on separate accounts from this other app, but the main list moved over once we moved to Shopify, and we left the B2B newsletter where it was until things got situated. It is only once a month and includes a lot of content that is community information so not a lot to drive clicks to the store- maybe one product promoted). So now that I have explained some history, we

Adding Klaviyo KPI's to a Looker Dashboard

I am hoping to bring over a few KPI’s from Klaviyo into a Looker dashboard my team is using (mainly Open rate, CTR, Unsubscribe rate).Is there a way to have an automated daily or weekly sync of Klaviyo data with a google sheet that can then be a data source in Looker studio? Or any others ways people have found to bring Klaviyo data to Looker?

Mailchimp not importing signup date data

I have a mailchimp audience and I only want to import one particular segment of this audience (only subscribed emails from one website source).   I’ve tried to use the integration for this and, because the segment is not a audience with audience ID, I don’t see how I can import only the one mailchimp segment.    I’ve downloaded a CSV of the segment and imported but it does not maintain the sign-up date/time data, which I would like to have, as opposed to 1100 listings all listed as joined on today.   Can someone please let me know the most optimal way on importing this segment while maintaining good data.   I tried splitting the Time/Date column in google sheets but it still didn’t show proper opt-in date in Klaviyo listing.   Thanks!

How do I redirect a subscriber to an early part of a flow?

I have a new list of subscribes (30) that were subscribed to a list and the flow was going to an incorrect list.  I duplicated the flow to now catch the correct subscriber list.  How do I get the 30 early subscribers back into the flow to start receiving emails. I looked at segmenting them but can’t find where I can move them to an earlier part of the flow.

The "Subscribe Profiles" endpoint creates new profiles, but does not update existing ones

Hi,I’m trying to use the Subscribe Profiles endpoint to add an email subscription.If I use a new email adress then a profile is created, it is subscribed to the supplied list and everything looks as expected.BUT, if I use an existing email adress (an adress already associated with an existing profile) then the profile is not updated, and no new profile is created. I was expecting the existing profile to be updated.Am I doing something wrong?

getTemplates pagination issue

I’m using the klaviyo-api-node  SDK to try and paginate templates for importing in an integration. I’m running into a problem where the `prev` link in the response is always set to `null` like so:{ "self": "https://a.klaviyo.com/api/templates/?page[cursor]=bmV4dDo6LXVwZGF0ZWQ6OjIwMjAtMTEtMjAgMjI6Mzk6MTcrMDA6MDA&sort=-updated", "prev": null, "next": "https://a.klaviyo.com/api/templates/?page%5Bcursor%5D=bmV4dDo6LXVwZGF0ZWQ6OjIwMTktMDktMjMgMjE6NDY6MjErMDA6MDA&sort=-updated"}Every time I make a call to getTemplates, the prev link is null, not just the initial call. Product Images and Event Properties not populating on all Profiles in Product Block

HiFor some reason Product Images and Event Properties are not populating on all Profiles in the Product Block. I have tested by adding and removing the the price and product descriptions, and they both show fine, however the product image doesn't.Also the when the product image doesn't show, the "Shop Now", button doesn't work either.I have tested it through preview mode and email tests, and the same results both ways.Some are registered profiles and some aren't. Some are first time visitors and some returning, there seems to be no real pattern. They all have emails as well.I have checked stock levels, and they all had stock at the time of testing.This is currently happening in a Browse Abandonment Flow - for Viewed Product.Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks.

Image Optimization in Klaviyo - Does it Exist?

Hi, folks. I’ve been looking for image optimization options in Klaviyo and really haven’t found what I need. In MailChimp, the size of images is auto-detected and the tool will warn you about blowing up inboxes on mobile clients. From there’s it’s pretty much a one-click option to shrink the image. Does this feature exist in Klaviyo? If not, why?

Thanks in advance for everyones help with my questions.1) Do we have to have cookies enabled on our website in order to get the full functionality of Klaviyo?We are located in Spain and have strict compliances with cookies.2) If we set up Klaviyo’s onsite tracking, will that prompt the visitors of our website to accept cookies?3) Do we need to enable Shopify’s cookies banner too?

Bolt x Klaviyo Integration

I am working on setting up our WooCommerce store with Klaviyo. Everything so far is going well except for one, yet critical component. We use Bolt ( ) for our checkout. They essentially override the standard WooCommerce checkout. Because of this, we have to get Klaviyo and Bolt integrated. Does anyone have any experiencing doing this integration?We’re getting stuck on having Bolt pass along the “Started Checkout” event into Klaviyo.Thanks in advance!

Popup form showing to existing Klaviyo profiles (but it's not supposed to)

Hello! I’ve just created my first popup form, meant to signup subscribers.I’ve set the targeting to “Don’t show to existing Klaviyo profiles”, yet it still seems to be showing to existing profiles. I believe the profiles have been cookied, as they got to my website by clicking through a Klaviyo Campaign email. I sent this test Klaviyo campaign to about 200 of my most engaged subs (imported from Mailerlite), and two of them signed-up again (on the popup form). I also had a friend click through, and she got the popup. Any idea why this is happening, or what I can do to fix it? Thanks!

How to prevent certain dynamic products from being displayed

Hey Team ! I hope you’re doing good. :)For my client, I have a problem with my email sequences and especially the dynamic content.My client owns a jewelry workshop.In addition to jewelry, they offer to engrave jewelry.Of course, on Klaviyo, this is considered an additional product.The problem is that it's not a real product, so it displays an ugly image that doesn't look like engraving.I'd like to know if it's possible to prevent certain dynamic products from being displayed in order to avoid this.In the dynamic code, can I do something like : “if product equals : itemXXX, then, show the next one”.Thank you very much for your help.Steve

Add personalized HTML to email template

Hi, I’m trying to add a personalized HTML snippet to my email template for every customer.I collect external data, create a new profile through Zapier, assign an HTML code snippet as a custom property to the profile and I then want to add that HTML code to an email, but every time I try to do that, the HTML code only shows up as plain text and isn’t recognized as HTML.This is how the email looks for the customer. The code is showing up as plain textCould you help me out with this?Thanks!

Hi, i have been trying to add a review quote on my email but no reviews show up.I have removed all filters, my reviews are not recent and i have more than 20.. It just shows “no result found” even when selecting the product specifically or all products.  What could this be ?

I have been trying to get this Sender Requirements worked out. Only just found out this was an issue, so there’s that.Received this in an email the other day:Aligned DomainUh oh, looks like you’ve recently sent some emails that don’t match up.
