Gift not working in email tests.

How have imported a gif into my email template but it doesnt appear to play when sent as an email.  It will play at the editing stage but when I send a test - it does not move? Am I doing something wrong?

How useful is the Klaviyo Attributed Value metric for you? Do you track it month on month as a North Star or consider it as an inflated number and use your own attribution logic?

Product Feeds Major Bug with Shopify

I think I found a major bug with the Product Feeds and the Shopify integration. For the life of me, I’ve been trying to figure out why the product feeds were only showing a few products and not displaying the correct best sellers. Well after some testing and experimenting, I think Klaviyo only displays products in the product fee that have a Track Quantity checked (See attached). My store is primarily a virtual good store where I sell digital downloads, so the only product showing are products where I deliver a serial number via a list, which I do track inventory in this case.  I’m new to Klaviyo and although I love the new features, as an engineer, I’ve found quite a few major bugs with this software that I wasn’t expecting given the high price I pay per month. Can anyone verify this?

Purchased Item Details Not Pulling Into Shipping Flow

We are moving to a new shipping management system called Route and I need to build new post purchase flows that are triggered by Routes events (tracking number generated, item out for delivery, etc.) The address, tracking number, end everything else is populating ok in previews; however, I cannot get the order details to populate.  Would anyone know why this is happening or how it can be fixed?  I attached screenshots of the back end and the preview.  Thank you!

Tracking number from shipstation

I am working on a flow to let my customers know that their order has been shipped and want to send them their tracking number.  I use shipstation and have it integrated into Klaviyo, but don’t know how to pull that tracking number from shipstation and put it into the email.  Is this possible to do and if so how do I do it?

Account Disabled

My account has be disabled and the error shows.  Your account has been disabled due to persistent email sending behavior that signals abuse of the Klaviyo platform. I recently did a 2500 email list campaign with 6 email segments and an hourly break in between. How can I solve this issue?

How Can I Use Klaviyo Signup Forms but Shopify Email For My Welcome Flow?

As title suggests. I want to use Klaviyo singup form to collect emails, but I want all emails entered into my Shopify Email welcome flow. I currently have all my email flows setup on Shopify that’s why.

List Bombing Help!

Hi,Do any of you know, if you can create a segment catching profiles (bots) - that use the same first and last name (bonner bonner or rease rease as an example).We’re being list bombed, and I have removed a lot of the fake profiles by creating a segment where profiles with numbers in their first and last name are being caught - but we have A LOT where the same first and last name are being used.I have of course activated Double Opt-In for our newsletter, but what else can I do?Thank you in advance.

+ Offering 10% Discounts in Both Welcome Series and Abandoned Cart Flows

I plan to offer a 10% discount in both my welcome series and abandoned cart email flows but want to ensure I'm doing this in the most effective way. My main goal is to incentivize new sign-ups and recover potential lost sales without overwhelming my customers with too many discounts. My question: How do you manage the distribution of the 10% discount across different flows without customers potentially receiving and using multiple discount codes? Should I offer separate 10% discount codes for the welcome series and the abandoned cart flow? or is it more effective to use the same 10% discount code across both flows. Thank you so much in advance for your time.

Hi, hope everyone is doing fine! I went through all the migration resources provided by Klaviyo. The one thing that isn’t still clear to me, that where we can find the code to update in Shopify? For example, I have a  “/track” legacy API now I want to update it with new version, where I can find the code to update this? And how to do it because the migration resources are not much clearer. Two Lists or two accounts?

Hello!Upfront apology on TMI, but I do think understanding the whole of it will be helpful to anyone who wants to make recommendations.I am researching for the best option for our specific situation. Our business has one Shopify store;  however, there are general ecomm customers and then another group that shops with discounted pricing using B2B Wholesale Club.All customers are able to subscribe to our main email list if they want to receive the general/ marketing emails from the company. The B2B list has a separate members-only newsletter which is currently being sent from another app.A little background: both lists were on separate accounts from this other app, but the main list moved over once we moved to Shopify, and we left the B2B newsletter where it was until things got situated. Adding Klaviyo KPI's to a Looker Dashboard

I am hoping to bring over a few KPI’s from Klaviyo into a Looker dashboard my team is using (mainly Open rate, CTR, Unsubscribe rate).Is there a way to have an automated daily or weekly sync of Klaviyo data with a google sheet that can then be a data source in Looker studio? Mailchimp not importing signup date data

I have a mailchimp audience and I only want to import one particular segment of this audience (only subscribed emails from one website source).   I’ve tried to use the integration for this and, because the segment is not a audience with audience ID, I don’t see how I can import only the one mailchimp segment.    I’ve downloaded a CSV of the segment and imported but it does not maintain the sign-up date/time data, which I would like to have, as opposed to 1100 listings all listed as joined on today.   Can someone please let me know the most optimal way on importing this segment while maintaining good data.   I tried splitting the Time/Date column in google sheets but it still didn’t show proper opt-in date in Klaviyo listing.   Thanks!

How do I redirect a subscriber to an early part of a flow?

I have a new list of subscribes (30) that were subscribed to a list and the flow was going to an incorrect list.  I duplicated the flow to now catch the correct subscriber list.  How do I get the 30 early subscribers back into the flow to start receiving emails. I looked at segmenting them but can’t find where I can move them to an earlier part of the flow.

The "Subscribe Profiles" endpoint creates new profiles, but does not update existing ones

Hi,I’m trying to use the Subscribe Profiles endpoint to add an email subscription.If I use a new email adress then a profile is created, it is subscribed to the supplied list and everything looks as expected.BUT, if I use an existing email adress (an adress already associated with an existing profile) then the profile is not updated, and no new profile is created. I was expecting the existing profile to be updated.Am I doing something wrong?

getTemplates pagination issue

I’m using the klaviyo-api-node  SDK to try and paginate templates for importing in an integration. Product Images and Event Properties not populating on all Profiles in Product Block

HiFor some reason Product Images and Event Properties are not populating on all Profiles in the Product Block. I have tested by adding and removing the the price and product descriptions, and they both show fine, however the product image doesn't.Also the when the product image doesn't show, the "Shop Now", button doesn't work either.I have tested it through preview mode and email tests, and the same results both ways.Some are registered profiles and some aren't. Some are first time visitors and some returning, there seems to be no real pattern. They all have emails as well.I have checked stock levels, and they all had stock at the time of testing.This is currently happening in a Browse Abandonment Flow - for Viewed Product.Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks.

Image Optimization in Klaviyo - Does it Exist?

Hi, folks. I’ve been looking for image optimization options in Klaviyo and really haven’t found what I need. In MailChimp, the size of images is auto-detected and the tool will warn you about blowing up inboxes on mobile clients. From there’s it’s pretty much a one-click option to shrink the image. Does this feature exist in Klaviyo? If not, why?
