How to add a NS recordy type in Shopify to set up a branded domain

Hi, I am not sure if I am missing something here but I am trying to set up my branded sending domain. My website is built in Shopify, Klaviyo recommends the dynamic routing option which then asks me to enter a TXT record (no problem) and 4 NS records. What is an NS record? There is no option to add this in Shopify. Thanks in advance for your help!

Input Text Field with Multiple Lines

Is there a way to add a text input field that is multiple lines (similar to the input box that I’m writing this question within). I see Klaviyo has a text input block for forms but it’s restricted to one line.  I would like to have multiple lines where user can right multiple lines of text with paragraph breaks.    Is this possible? If not, what other service provides this that can be integrated with klaviyo?

Shopify Discounts - Combinable Discount Codes via Klaviyo

As you may already know, Shopify introduced combinable discount codes in June of last year, which has been a game-changer for many of us.However, I'm writing today to discuss a challenge that I and many others have faced when using Klaviyo for flows and customer rewards. As you may know, dealing with dynamic discount codes in Klaviyo can be a bit cumbersome, especially for those of us who offer automatic codes through Shopify.For example, my shop offers automatic codes for bundling promotions - Buy 2, Save 5%, Buy 4, Save 15%. Unfortunately, this causes issues with our dynamic discount codes through Klaviyo, as we have to manually enable combinations each time Klaviyo generates a new set of discount codes. (This is just not possible to keep up with)That's why I'm here today to request a new feature that would make our lives much easier - the ability to enable combinations en masse per discount through the Klaviyo dashboard. Placed order vs. Ordered Product Events: What's the difference?

If you have an ecommerce integration added to your Klaviyo account, you’ll see both Placed Order and Ordered Product events in your account. But what is the difference and why does Klaviyo include both?Placed OrderEvery order in your e-commerce store will generate one Placed Order event for the entire order. This event will include all line items, the value of the order, the categories or collections the products are from, item count, and other important information that pertains to the entire order. Placed Order value will equate to the total order value, including shipping and any applied discounts.Ordered ProductOn the other hand, Ordered Product events occur for each individual item ordered. Segmentation based on metadata

Hi thereWe want to help one of our clients be able to segment customers based off their booking period, rather than just their placed order date.The company is renting items to private consumers, and we want to be able to send automated mails to the customers based on their pick-up and return dates - not just what date they placed the order.However, currently this information is stored in the metadata, and therefore we can’t segment based on that data. Klaviyo Support says that we need to move the data “higher”, so we can see it in our property overview. However, they can’t be specific about WHERE we need to move the data, in order to be able to use it when segmenting it. Can anyone help exactly where in JSON this info needs to be present in order to qualify as “primary” data, so we can see it as a property just like we can with category, item name etc.Any help would be much appreciated - thanks in advance!Best regardsMads

How do I add a custom webhook endpoint for Klaviyo to call when a user unsubscribes for a list? Does this exists? It’s a must have feature of an email provider. If this isnt available how else can I keep subscription statuses synced with my application database?

Why are my fonts changing once it's been delivered?

Hi there,What's the best way to set a font that shows up in all email providers? I’ve been using Century Gothic within my templates as it fits in well with my branding style, but it always reverts back to Arial when delivered to my subscribers. Is there another font I could use that’s still modern and in keeping with my brand, and still shows up the same upon delivery in most email clients?Here’s a screenshot of the current font I use and how it shows up in the Klaviyo preview. Thanks,Meeta

Metric Aggregate Endpoint - Ordered Product by Campaign

Hello, Below is my payload for https://a.klaviyo.com/api/metric-aggregates/, however I do not get the data back broken down by campaign. Streaming contacts into another flow from an existing flow

HelloApologies if this has been posted before but I am new to Klaviyo and still finding my way around.This community has been really helpful and has tremendous amount of resources to refer to! :)I was wondering if there is a way in Klaviyo where there is an option to bring contacts already in one flow into another new flow. For example:Flow 1: Failed order (failed payment trigger > send email)Flow 2: Customer winback (placed order trigger > send email) I would like to make it such that:Failed payment trigger > send email > (goes into Flow 2) My questions are:Is there a way to continue on into another flow from the current flow the contact is in? Is there a way to continue into a certain stage of the other flow from the current flow?I heard that this may be achieved through trigger flows but I am unsure as to how this works. Some help notes or explanation on this would be helpful. Thank you very much!

Klaviyo and bigcommerce sending domain setuo

Is there any documentation on how to set this up correctly? There is no clear description from klaviyo on how to do this. I have followed the steps but thier is a lack of information. I am on the fence about leaving Klaviyo anyway. so if I can’t get the help I will just switch. I think its ridiculous that this is a requirement and there is no information on it.

Create segment via API

Does anyone know of a way to create a segment via API? Im trying to automate creating a segment to contain all profiles in the account. There is an endpoint to create a list through the API, but I cant find an endpoint to create a segment.The reason I ask here is because I have noticed that there there are API endpoints that exist but are not included in the documentation. Possibly because they have been deprecated.If anyone has any input here it would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Inflated click rates?

Is anyone else experiencing massively inflated click rates? We started noticing it from about 2 weeks ago to now, and it’s showing an over 200% increase to our monthly click rate averages. When looking at individual campaigns as well, they’re also looking to be incredibly higher. Does anyone know if this is just a Klaviyo issue being worked through or what else would be causing this?

Annotate emails in the Promotions tab for Gmail - Display carousel as preview text

Hi Klaviyo Community,I am trying to create a carousel as a preview text following this guide from Google: https://developers.google.com/gmail/promotab/overviewIn order to add this code to an email, I saved a campaign as a template, then added the code with the correct values in Visual Studio code, then imported the code back to Klaviyo. But when I send a preview the carousel doesn’t seem to render. Why is the 'edit image' feature gone from the template editor?

I’m wondering why the Klaviyo team has decided to remove the edit image feature from the template editor?  I relied heavily on that feature to edit images down to a lower file size and add rounded corners — my whole process revolved around this feature and it’s disrupted the whole end of week for my output.Have you done this to cut down on the server space required to resize & edit images? I just can’t see the value in removing every edit option except for “Crop”.

Syncing email subscribers with Shopify

I have a Klaviyo newsletter sign up form in the footer of a Shopify store and customers receive a welcome discount code. This all works relatively well.My question is, is it possible to update the ‘Email Subscription’ status to ‘Subscribed’ in Shopify from Klaviyo?One of the conditions on the discount code in Shopify is ‘for email subscribers’ so unless that status is getting updated the code will not work for them. The help section seems to say this can be updted, but maybe I’m reading it wrong.

New API - Bulk creation and updates of profiles?

It seems like the new APIs are a major step backwards in certain regards and I’m hoping that I'm just misunderstanding their usage. For instance, if I have an array containing, say, two hundred profiles that I want to insert into a list, some of which are existing profiles with updated information and some of which are new profiles, previously I could use the https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v2/list/[listid]/members endpoint, which accepts an array of profiles and would update/create the profiles and ensure they were in the referenced list.With the new API it seems like I have cycle through the list one-by-one and use a POST call for new users, and PATCH call for existing users, even though the POST call knows which profile is being referenced as the existing ID is returned in the error message. After doing that I use the Subscribe or Add profiles endpoint to add them to the list via Klaviyo ID (as opposed to a key field like email address that we don’t have to get back from Klaviyo).While I
