Can I add a hidden property to submit what URL a user is on upon form submission?

I have a pop up from which I would like to pass page url information as a silent property so that the welcome email can mention that brand ( or even better shopify product vendor information ). Is this possible? Thanks in advance Sean

Reply to email button

First question here and not sure if it’s going to make sense.I know that there is a code that I’ve just been shown that allows you to send a new email to someone (emailto:joe@bloggs.co.uk) but I was wondering if there was a way to reply to the email the customer receives through a button within the email? Maybe it’s a shortcut that I don’t need but I’ve been asked by my manager to see if it’s possible. We are developing what I’m calling a ‘spam buster’ encouraging people to reply to the email to help with a spam problem as well as lots of other thing we are trying.Please let me know if any one can help. Thank you,Jack

How to change flow trigger

I have a flow set up based on someone entering a list that’s about a year long. I’m trying to get that flow to repeat once they’ve finished it instead of exiting the flow. I know I have to set up a date-based flow instead but how do I do that with my existing flow? I’ve already created all of the emails and time delays so I don’t want to have to start over.

How to Defined Engaged Segment

Hi All I run an online sunglasses and prescription eyewear store.Our customers are not frequent purchasers and in many cases their purchase follow stheir 24 month recall for eye exam from their Optometrist. Others will buy a pair of non prescription sunglasses each spring. Of course we have outliers and are doing our best to increase shopping frequency, however this is the general rule.My question is regarding list size. We are collecting a lot of sign ups and as you will be aware Klaviyo can get quite expensive. This allied to the fact that you dont want to be sending emails to folks who never or who have stopped opening I would like advice on how to define what an engaged profile is.This would be so different from a daily news email to a realtor and every other business lies somewhere between.I would love your suggestions bearing in mind that we work within  a 24 month cycle for prescription eyewear should we consider anyone who has opened one of our ( monthly ) emails in the last 12

Integrate survey into the “after purchase” page in Shopify

I would like to integrate a survey into the "after purchase" page in Shopify.I have already created this survey as a sign-up form and added this script under --> Settings --> Checkout --> "After purchase" page under Additional scripts. Unfortunately, nothing is displayed to me during the test purchase.The goal is to assign tags to customers based on this survey. Example: The customer buys a birthday present and 360 days later the customer receives an email (target: repeat buyer).

Opting into marketing emails on back in stock form

If a contact subscribes to email marketing when signing up for back in stock, does that create a traditional ‘subscribed to list’ metric and would that trigger a flow that was set to trigger by the list the form ads them to? All these years using Klaviyo, I never even thought about this behavior 🙈

Subscribed Status - Any Pitfalls to be aware of?

Before Klaviyo had a subscription status, I relied on list membership and Shopify’s accept marketing tag to identify who explicitly opted into marketing.  When the subscribed status was first released, it didn’t seem to be super reliable, so I continued to use the former method.  Using the status to identify subscribers would allow me to implement some other things I traditionally held back on, but wondering if there are any known issues with this.

Woocommerce-Klaviyo profile and purchase information

Hi everyone!I have an an ecommerce store built using Woocommerce and I’ve now integrated Klaviyo. As far as I can tell, for people to have an account on my store where they are able to see their past purchases and invoices I have to create the customer profile using the woocommerce platform and not Klaviyo (if I use the klaviyo registration forms I end up creating a Klaviyo account but not a woocommerce one).But unleass I buy the pro version or the add on, the registration form of woocommerce is really limited.. Is there a way to integrate some features of Klaviyo into my customer’s profile? For instance: with woocommerce my customers can see thir name and contact information, address, last purchases and invoices. But I want to know and want them to be able to complete their profile with skin type, and hair type. I know Klaviyo allows to ask that and storage that information but that way I would have my customer information scattered in two platforms… Not sure I made myself understood

"Add to cart metric not working"

Before you ask I have read every discussion on here. I have reached out to Klaviyo support but there is no resolution to this. I have attached the code snippet Klaviyo advised me to use and I have tested the metric by going to my homepage an entering the email. My viewed product and Active on site are both working but not the bloody “add to cart”. I don’t know what to do and I really feel this is too valuable not to persist with finding an answer to. Can anyone please help? Thanks screenshot attached

Once a person enters a flow can you remove them so they dont get any more  emails that come in that flow or are they going to get them anyway?  Thanks

Check if property is used in segment

I’m working on cleaning up my properties (about to send a big bulk delete request to the support team), and before I remove any properties, I want to make sure I’m not breaking any segements.Is there a way to check (beyond manually reviewing every segment) if a property is being used in segment logic?

Bug? Can't see drafts in campaign viewer

Is anyone else missing draft campaigns in normal viewer (not calendar view)?The previous issue of flows not updating has gone away the majority of the time now thankfully, but now there’s this other bug I’m experiencing.   As you can see I can only see the campaigns and duplicate/edit in calendar view, which is much more annoying with the small popout window Any help greatly appreciated!

Verify DNS records for a domain hosted in SiteGround

Hi all!Let me point out that I am tech-savvy but not a professional.I'm in the process of setting up the DNSs of my domain (hosted in SiteGround) in order to send emails with Klaviyo. I went to create the verification TXT record and all went fine.The issue is with the NS records: in SiteGround there isn’t the option to create them in the DNS editor. I then contacted SiteGround help centre that told me that NameServer records cannot be edited unless I’m moving my hosting somewhere else, nor it is possible to edit them on a subdomain level. They ended up referring me to Klaviyo for alternative solutions.After looking further into the documentation, I opted for the static routing because it doesn’t require NS records, and it is working fine.However, I’d be inclined to prefer the dynamic routing (mainly because suggested by Klaviyo itself).I even tried to create CNAME record with the NS parameters, but obviously to no avail.Is there anyone with an idea on how to work this round?Thanks in a

Embed form into Shopify

HelloI am trying to embed a sign-up form on my Shopify home page. Everything seems to be set up. The Klaviyo Onsite Javascript is toggled on. But when I add a new section, there is no Klaviyo Embedded Form option under “Apps” for me to click on (in fact there is nothing in the App section at all). So I can’t add the form ID in. I’m using Debut theme and still setting things up under the free plan if that makes any difference. Thanks for your help.

Mystery Coupon

Hey I’m looking for a hand setting up a generated coupon codes for a mystery discount. For example a customer receives a 10%,15% and 20% unique discount code in their inbox after signing up. I saw LSKD do this and a few other brands so was wondering if anyone has any pointers to set it up.

How to encourage an existing list to verify (double opt-in) & related questions

Hi! After watching a Klaviyo tutorial about the importance of double opt-in, I changed both my pop-up form list on the Shopify website and my list that comes from my Unbounce landing page to require double opt-in. (At least, I THINK I changed the Unbounce list - it looks good on the Klaviyo side, but perhaps the form on Unbounce needs to be tweaked?)As a result, I have a couple of questions related to that. I have two separate lists instead of a main one - my pop-up form / welcome newsletter flow list and my Unbounce landing page to give a freebie if they sign up list. From those, I created two more lists : unverified and subscribed. I’m noticing that people are still signing up (to one or the other) but not verifying because my unverified list keeps growing. I thought that the double-opt-in requirement would prevent unverified people from being added. How can I find where the error lies? Before I watched the tutorial I had single opt-in. So my current number of unverified is over 400.

Sending domain

Hi, I already have a branding sending domain, but the CNAME values are different to those in the DNS records article that Klaviyo released - How to set up a branded sending domain | Klaviyo Help Center Do I need to start again and follow the steps above to ensure I am compliant with the new sender requirements, or are they okay?

Can't see the unsuscribe link

Hey there ! On my email template, I’d like to create a blue footer (that is my client’s branding color).The thing is, that’s also where you can click on the unsuscribe link.But unfortunatly, the color of the unsub link and the blue footer is the same so we can’t see the blue link “unsuscribe”…How can I change the color of the link, so it can be seen in the blue footer ? Here’s a screenshot below. Thanks a lot.Steve.

Discount Code Configuration in Flows: Automatic or Manual Creation ?

The question is about the titles of the discounts I have within the flows, which say "INSERT-CODE". My question is whether the system will automatically create those discount codes, or if I need to enter them manually, or how should I set them up. What seems strange to me is that I don't know where to configure those discounts. What methods are used to test these flows in real life?

Importing font from my website

Hey there.So my client is using a font on his e-shop that doesn’t exist in Klaviyo nor Google Font.I’m wondering how can I import a font to be able to match his website font and the font on the pop-up ?I’ve tried to look up a few tutoriels but all of them focus on Google Font or Adobe Font, but none on actually how import font.Thanks for your help.Steve

Have not sent emails in Klaviyo for 10 months. I sell on Shopify

Hello, I’m having an issue on what is the best way to send out my first email back to my customers after not sending out emails in Klaviyo for 10 months. We had to stop due to budget cuts but we are back on. We sell through Shopify and our Early Black Friday Sale starts today Friday 11-17-2023. We have not sent emails anywhere else. Would it be best to grab 10% off our primary email list us it to warm up?

Need to seen up a daily send flow starting today

I’m trying to create a new flow that sends an email out every day at 9am to contacts in a segment starting today (day of creation). i’m using the time delay box, set to 0 days, with delay send till X:XXpm GMT.Currently the program isn’t working and time delay box has a yellow warning icon. How can i get this to send please help.Essentialy how do i get a flow to trigger the same day a person is added at a fixed time?
