Trigger Event Based on Shopify Order Paid event

Does anyone know if it is possible to set up a flow using Shopify Order Paid event as a trigger?  I need to send an email to the purchaser (who may or may not be a subscriber) with a link to fill out a customization form but unable to figure it out so far.  Any assistance is appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi folks,I would like to ask my customers for ratings for trusted stores.However, I wonder how I can check this?If I send the mail within the flow and tell the customer that they will receive 10% off their next order if they leave a review, then I wonder how I can check this. How to avoid fake new susbribers? Double opt-in enabled even

Hello,My shopify store has the typical sign-up form, the form is linked with a Klaviyo newsletter list, and when new subscriber, Klaviyo sends a welcome mail with a discount coupon, up to here no rocket science.The double opt-in is enabled in Shopify's notifications,  however in Klaviyo's newsletter list don't.The problem is since some time ago there are bots subscribing and catching coupons, How is possible if the double opt-in is enable? Please, let me know if you had the same problem and how you fixed it.Many thanks in advance,Miguel

event.Items issue - square bracket

Hello everyone,I'm working on an email template in Klaviyo, and I'm using {{ event.Items|default:'' }} to display a list of items from multiple orders. However, the preview shows the list with square brackets and commas, like this:How's Your Experience with ['Product 1', 'Product 2', 'Product 3']? I'd like to format this list without the square brackets and ideally add the word 'and' between multiple items, like this:How's Your Experience with Product 1, Product 2, and Product 3? Can anyone please advise on how to achieve this formatting using Klaviyo? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!

How to combat high checkout prices?

My client is based in Europe, they ship mainly to the US  As a result their shipping costs are quite high (~$30). To combat this they have a flat shipping rate, so you can add more items for the same shipping price. They experience a large number of abandoned checkouts. Presumably because the customer discovers the price after entering their shopping details and deciding not to purchase. I'm looking for some advice for  1) Desiging a process to collect data about why the customers abandon (any tools, implementation advice etc.) 2) How you would go about combating this high abandonment rate, via the abandoned checkout flow or otherwise, in the most profitable manner? Thanks in advance!

Email market for out of season, seasonal products??

My potential client sells specialist wolly jumpers with a connection to a unique heritage. Their sales are quite seasonal. Most of their business is conducted in Q4.Their database is 20% European and 80% American.They currently send 2/3 emails per month - all promotional.I was advising them that they could and should be sending a lot more to more targeted segments.They seem to be of the opinion that they don't need to send that much as they don't want to be annoying people who are months away from being in the market for a wolly jumper.Quote for context: “We don’t want to be sending people from Miami emails about wolly jumpers in summer”I still think they can send some valuable emails. As they basically have no story based emails in their arsenal.Wondering if anyone else has worked with a seasonal product, and more specifically what the strategy is in the off season?

Send follow-up email IF they have clicked, not working

Hi everyone, I’m making a flow where an email is sent every time someone signs up on a Facebook Ads sign up form.This first email is working correctly. However, I have a condition set up so that a second email is sent only if the person clicked on a link in the first email, for some reason this second email is not being sent. These are the stats from yesterday. From what I can tell the first email has a “click rate” of 5 but the second email (on the left) is not being sent. This is how I have the condition set up.Any idea what might be wrong?

Personalisation and Dr, Mr etc

How do I prevent a person’s title - eg Mr or Dr, etc - appearing in a personalisation field? Eg, if somebody has their name as Dr Shirley Smith, adding a first name personalisation would end up with ‘Hello Dr’ instead of ‘Hello Shirley’.

Hello, I want to create a segment to exclusively target my new customers for 60 days, in order to implement a 60-day LTV strategy/New customer strategy.This segment should automatically include new customers and keep them for 60 days, then remove them from the segment once this period is over.I don't know how to proceed...Can you help?Thank you!

unverified sender

Hi, When someone sign up to my pop up form they are added to a flow . They get emails from me . But in the emails they receive under the subject line it’s written “unverified sender” . What’s that and how to fix that issue. I was migrated my list from systeme.io . But the list that i am using now is new . And the list that i migrated from systeme.io is deleted.  i saw article in this topic but i am nothing getting clear answer

HTML Tags in Templates via Event Properties

We are new users… We are passing content to Klavio via Event Properties and using that content in our message templates. This is working well, except that some of our Event Properties contain HTML Tags.Is there a way to direct the Klavio template to process those tags instead of simply displaying them? This is just one simple example:

Need Help with Consistent Property Values Across Klaviyo Signup Forms

Hi everyone,I’m facing a bit of a challenge with signup forms and how they handle specific profile properties.In my setup, I have 2 different signup forms that users can fill out to subscribe to our newsletter. One form includes a checkbox with a profile property of ‘NewsletterConsent’ and a property of ‘true’. The second form has a profile property also of ‘NewsletterConsent’ and a value of ‘true’ attached to the button.Here’s where I’m having the problem:On one form, when a user checks the checkbox and submits the form, the NewsletterConsent property is updated in the profile as ‘[“true”]’. On the other form, the exact same action results in the property being set as ‘true’ – without the square brackets and quotations.Ideally, I’d like all submissions to result in simply ‘true’. Sent campaign, zero delivery rate

Hi all, I’m completely stumped so I hope that you can help. On Friday I sent a campaign to a list and it says “sent” but nobody received it. Not like emails were skipped, like none. Zero.This morning I cloned the email and sent it, exactly as I did, and it was delivered. Yikes!What could have happened? Is this my fault? Or Klaviyo? How do I make sure this never happens again?Photo attached of the first email that had zero sends and the second that sent correctly. I didn’t do anything differently on my end that I’m aware of. Thanks for your input, Gillian

product feed that leaves out products people have aged out of

Hi, I’m a complete newbie with Klaviyo and am hoping for suggestions.We sell items to pregnant people and new parents. I’d like to show customers a “you may also like” dynamic product block that only includes products that are relevant for the stage they are at (pregnant, have a newborn 0-3 months, have a baby between 3 months to 1 year old, have a toddler, etc). For example if they have already had their baby they should not see childbirth prep classes. We have set up a  “Birth Date” custom profile attribute where we collect a date that is either their due date or the baby’s birth date.I was thinking I would use a combination of display logic and product feeds that would include only relevant collections to make sure they only see relevant items but I can not figure out the logic that would work for it. Any ideas?  To note we do not have a birth date for everyone so we will also need a block option that is more general and apply to almost everyone. THANKS!

Campaign with abandoned Cart, Checkout link not working

Hello together,I have activated my flow for the canceled shopping carts.Unfortunately, this does not send to the previous abandoned carts, but only from now on. Therefore, I have now simply created a segment for the old ones and would like to send a separate campaign to the abandoned carts from 4-5 days ago. (From now on it runs automatically through the flow)Unfortunately, the {{ event.extra.checkout_url}} URL on the button does not work. The button remains unclickable in the mail. I think because it was not started properly via a flow. But via a campaign. (But the criteria for the segment are the same as for the flow)Can someone here give me the link how the customer gets to his correct last shopping cart?Thank you very much

I want to split people who ordered more than 1 product FLOW

Hello, I want to create a flow that split people who in the last purchase, ordered: One product More than 1 product, but less or equal to 7 More than 7 product in the orderSo, I created this flow and I want to know what’s your opinion and also if I have to enter some filter at the beginning at the flow to target customers everytime with just the last order they made.and also if possible: if a customer order now just a product to enter the flow with “brought only one product” email, but if after a month order 3 products to enter at “Bought more than 1, but less than 7”.What’s your opnion about what I’ve created below?

pop-up not showing

Where are you supposed to put this code for pop up forms. Its so crazy that Klayivo does not put this some where. We are on shopify 2.0. The form says its live but its not. We added the below code to custom HTML in the theme but then shows on our web side as code?? We have added the app and added our api code. We have added in the klayivo.js. window._klOnsite = window._klOnsite || []; window._klOnsite.push(['openForm', 'XZqiMK']); I have never been more frustrated with Klayivo as I am right now.

Hide Email & SMS Sign-up Popup for existing subscribers

Hi, I’d like to hide the pop-up for existing email and/or sms subscribers. I read the help article about targeting users by URL but still have a clarifying question. You can toggle between Containing or Exactly Matching for each setting. Containing This option includes any URL with part of the value you input. For example, if you input "Containing www.klaviyo.com/," this will include www.klaviyo.com/blog, www.klaviyo.com/features, and so on. An asterisk (*) can be used as a wildcard in your URLs. For example, if you'd like a sign-up form to appear on both "help.klaviyo.com/The-Signup-Form-Builder" and "help.klaviyo.com/The-Template-Builder", set the form to appear on URLs containing "help.klaviyo.com/The-*-Builder".  Does that mean that I can simply enter *email* and *sms* or do I need to enter a mostly complete URL?  Here are my current suppressions:When I test, it seems to be working, but want to confirm.Thanks!
