Integrate 'Visited Website' Event

Hey Klaviyo Support Team,I'm looking to set up the "Visited Website" event for our logged-in customers when they visit our site. I'm a bit confused about whether to use a custom event called "Visited Website" or if the existing "Active on site" event would be a better fit.Your advice would be really helpful.

[ERROR] Not a valid phone number

Hello every one Hope your doing is well in this pandemic timeI need some small help from your side, I am using Klaviyo member API service for export contact list to Klaviyo List but, I am getting issues in export contact Show error message like below when try to export contacts "Not a valid phone number"Please can you help me which is right format for phone_number

Registering SMS Only contacts with the track API

I am looking to trigger an event when a customer adds their phone number to an integrated contact form on my website.Here is the data object: {  token: "XXXXX",  event: "Registered For Reminder",  customer_properties: {    $first_name: "NAME",    $last_name: "LAST",    $phone_number: "1234567890",    $consent: ["sms", "email"],    sms_consent: true,  },  properties: { auction_name: "Test Auction" },}The API returns “1” and yet I am not seeing it in the dashboard. I made the same API call but removed consent and phone number while adding email and it worked perfectly fine. It is a bit ridiculous that there isn’t any documentation anywhere on why this isn’t working an no response from the API other than to say that the request is valid.Help would be appreciated as I’ve tried everything I can think of to get this working.

Random CURL Failures/0 Responses Today

I’ve submitted three tickets on Klaviyo support but heard nothing back.  This is atypical, I usually hear within an hour or two but the oldest ticket is over 12 hours old.Starting early this AM my curl calls to Track and Idenfiy API started failing/returning 0.  We made no code changes to these systems for weeks.  We log all failed calls and I’ve validated that all the JSON is accurate for these calls.  These failures lasted for a few hours before returning to normal operation.  System hiccup, I assumed, though there were no system status updates that I saw.Unfortunately these errors started popping up again about 30 minutes ago.  All my track and identify API calls are returning 0, and all logged JSON is accurate.Is anyone else having these problems? Is klaviyo having issues they aren’t reporting?  Is there some other cause of these seemingly random failure times?
