How can I limit the number of results in API response?

I am using the get_lists API from the latest version with revision: 2024-02-15, and wondering why there is no option to limit the no of results I want in the API response. I nowhere found in documentation about how many results it will return by default. Ideally, the users should be allowed to put the batch size as per their requirement (under a max-batch size). Looking forward to hear back on this.Thanks.

Notification when subscriber updates preferences

Hi! I revised my preferences page to allow subscribers to choose what they would like to receive (email and/or SMS), as well as a custom property field for any notes they would like to submit.Two things:I tested this with one of my personal accounts by adding my phone number and subscribing to SMS...but that change wasn’t made in the profile - the phone number was not added to the profile nor was the profile added to my SMS list. Any thoughts as to why (or is this functionality something that isn’t possible from the preferences page? Is there a way to receive a notification when a subscriber updates his or her preferences?Thanks!Nan

Seeking Advice on Managing WooCommerce and Mailchimp Subscribers

My website is integrated with WooCommerce, and we have a large number of profiles from WooCommerce. However, these profiles have never subscribed to us because our website didn't previously ask for subscription consent.We also have subscriptions through Mailchimp. combining WooCommerce profiles with MailChimp profiles, the total would be over eight thousand individuals. However, the number of subscribers in Mailchimp is only four thousand. This means we can only perform email marketing for these four thousand subscribers.Before we pay for all eight thousand profiles, I'd like to know if there's any way to avoid paying for the additional four thousand subscribers. (I've searched, but couldn't find the right article for this...)

A/B Test Post-Purchase Flow in Shopify

I have created a post-purchase flow in Klaviyo with three emails, which include: Order confirmation  While you wait  Reminder to get started to use product For each email I am A/B testing. I want to understand the following: How do I integrate this flow and A/B testing into Shopify? From what I have read the only option right now is to copy/paste the HTML for the email template from Klaviyo to Shopify but this means there is no A/B testing available for the order conf? If I want to A/B test is my only option to use a standard order confirmation (no A/B test) and then have the remaining triggered in Klaviyo for the user to receive (this I can A/B test)?Any suggestions or input would be helpful thank you!

Branded Sender ID - GMAIL FORM

Hi all,I need to register a branded sender ID to be able to use the SMS service here in Australia.When trying to access the form it directs me to google but we don’t have a google account.Is there any way around it?Thanks for any help!

Account disabled for

My account has been disabled for over two weeks, yet the charges just keep on coming for $175 per month. I'm completely locked out from my account and neither email nor live chat support seem to be available. I've done my part, I've submitted a ticket, tried to suppress the inactive users as instructed, but guess what? I can't even get the segment to export. I've been pleading for help daily, responding to the ticket, and yet, it's like shouting into a void - not a single response in over four days! Is there anyone actually working in your support team? Adding DMARC to domain notification

Hi everyone,I stumbled upon a DMARC notification from Klaviyo while creating test blasts. It says “Soon, your domain will be required to have a DMARC record”.I’ve already met the Google and Yahoo Sender requirements which includes adding a DMARC record to the domain. opening app from shopify always gives 403 error

A client sent me a Klaviyo invite but I am never able to launch the app from their Shopify store. I have access to their store’s Products, Themes, and Apps. I have deleted all site settings (cookies, etc.) and logged in fresh. I have had them resend me invites. But every time I click the App from within Shopify admin I get this error:Access to www.klaviyo.com was deniedYou don't have authorization to view this page.HTTP ERROR 403 I’m at a loss and frustrated that I can’t help my client.

I have transferred all of my profiles over from Shopify. I have created a campaign. But when I go to send the campaign out it says, “0  estimated recipients.” And won’t let me send the campaign. SOS.

Klaviyo test set, but not firing on Chrome

Hi there, I have set up a Flyout campaign with a new prom announcement, but this is neither showing up on Chrome or mobile (though this is not clear to me how this would connect my work address with private on mobile)? I have set up only very small group of testers, so need them to check if this works on mobile somehow. Could you advice pls?

Back to Stock integration with Testament Shopify Theme

Hi everyone,I’m brand new to this forum.I am delivering a series of flows for a client but I’m struggling with the Back to flow one.I have have read the following article but unfortunately, I can’t seem to be able to move ahead.https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001895651While she gave me access to her theme, I can’t seem to be able to edit the code. (see below). On her side, she doesn’t seem to be able to find find.liquid, what are we missing? Is the theme testament any different than the other themes? Is my shopify access restricted while I do have access to her theme?Help...

Needing to send required information to an unengaged profile

Hi allI need some advice with regard to how to send necessary company updates (pricing update info) to customers I have suppressed due to low engagement. We send one marketing newsletter once a month, and we regularly move unengaged profiles to the suppressed list… However, annually we need to update our trade customers with our pricing information / file. Whilst it is fine for us to not get them the info if they are unsubscribed, we do need to attempt to send the pricing update to them, and if I have chosen to suppress them due to inactivity, that is unhelpful for them if they do wish to receive the annual pricing update info.How can i navigate this? Suppressed contacts for one type of messaging, but necessary to receive another… and currently they’re not tagged as trade. I am thinking that I need to:import the list of trade customers without updating their subscription status allowing me to ‘tag’ them as trade set up a segment of ‘trade’ and ‘suppressed’ reimport the new segment as ‘

How to bulk edit customer details for timezones

Hi!I feel like we used to have all our customers with their individual timezones but maybe reimporting data in the past it got lost (?).Is there a way to reupload all their timezones based on country via an import? How would I go around that? Just send an ‘in recipients local time’ and it sent to Aus and US customers simultaneously.Thanks a lot!

How to get extra profile values?

I have a typical profile.  It has some values under “Metrics and insights” as shown in the attachment.  How do I get these values via the API?  When I do a GET against /profile/xyz it doesn’t include this information.  Is it possible to pull this at all?
