Segment List Export

Hello,how can I export the order number from Shopify with the segment lists? I don't just want to have the emails. The order numbers are also importantSo it should be exported as Excel as followsOrder number | e-mail

How Can I Use Klaviyo Signup Forms but Shopify Email For My Welcome Flow?

As title suggests. I want to use Klaviyo singup form to collect emails, but I want all emails entered into my Shopify Email welcome flow. I currently have all my email flows setup on Shopify that’s why.

Price trigger in the middle a flow

HiI have a price drop flow.It goes for a few days, how do i create a trigger in the middle of a flow that checks if the price is still lower then original ?Sometimes we have a sale and people still get price drop notification after the sale is over, im trying to prevent it.thank you

I am just starting out and not quite understanding the distribution of my imports…I imported 4,684 contacts into my newsletter list. The newsletter list only shows 1,524 contacts. My total active profiles are 4,356. I have suppressed some, some contacts have suppressed. I only have one static newsletter list to which I have imported contacts.Why am I not seeing the total number of contacts I imported in the newsletter list?Can a contact exist in multiple segments? Can a contact exist in multiple lists?If I delete a list, will the contact’s profile also be deleted? Or is that a separate process?I have connected square to my account. Does Klaviyo automatically pull all my contacts over, or do I load them manually? If square pulls them over where are they represented? My understanding is that the newsletter list should represent all my imports I loaded into that list- correct? Then the segments pull from the newsletter list based on the rules. As an example I import 100 contacts into my n

Button font in embed form not showing the correct font

I’m running into an issue with my embed form on my Shopify site. In Klaviyo, it looks like this: But when I put it up on my Shopify site, the font on the button isn’t coming through, and it looks like this:  I have a popup form on the site, and it looks great, as do all my emails. The only issue is with this embedded form. Any ideas how I can correct this?  Thank you!!

I want to create a segment with the condition based on date set in the future

I have been looking at creating a segment of customers that have an active boking in place for a future (e.g. within next 2 months). The property it should pull from is definitely set and I can see those active in the customer individual profiles, but when I’m trying to apply the definition based on the service being purchased at least once from [today’s date] is not pulling those days correctly, only profiles with today’s date that’s already happened earlier in the day.   Is there a way to have a future condition set (like booked date for service) for something that has been purchased/paid for in the past?

I am going to Quick Add at the top of my Newsletter list, adding email address, and name and clicking Add Subscriber and nothing happens.  What am  I missing?

Shopify flow filters being pulled into Klaviyo

Hello,  Could you please help? We used an app to load embroidery as an add-on. See attached. We have since removed that app because it was just bad and have created a new product called Embroidery.  However, I don’t know which item to choose because there were so many add ons with the app we used to add embroidery (see attached). We removed the app in Shopify but it is still pulling through item names in the flow filters on Klaviyo that are no longer relevant to our store since the app was deleted.  How can I remove these extra embroidery items and just have whats currently reflected on my Shopify so that I can ensure I choose the correct item to ensure the flow works correctly. We updated the correct item to UPDATED EMBROIDERY and then the flow works but we’d prefer our customers don’t see updated embroidery because that’ll be confusing to them.  We found that when we update the item name from Updated embroidery to Embroidery - the flow breaks because because changes are not retroacti

How do I delete double opt in subscription with Shopify intergration?

Hey everyone :) I’m trying to set up my Shopify/Klaviyo integration in a way where if someone places an order they automatically get added to my email list. However in the test runs of order placements I just did, customers are getting a “Please confirm your subscription” email following the order confirmation. I have checked on Shopify notification settings and the double opt in is definitely off, and I can’t find a setting anywhere on Klaviyo to turn this off. Could someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!

Import contacts to Segment

I have implemented Klaviyo’s Back in Stock button feature on my site, and have created a segment successfully for one product. But I want to be able it import the contacts I already have from a different app that have signed up to be notified when a product comes back in stock. Is there a way to import to the master list and then define a pre-existing segment for these contacts?

Unable to upgrade billing plan

I am trying to upgrade to a higher plan from the existing free plan. I added my billing information successfully and trying to pay. When I paid the bill, I received an email to confirm my payment. When I clicked the Confirm Payment button in the email, I get the following error, thus preventing me from upgrading.  Update: I got an additional message on the Klaviyo billing page as follows:This payment requires additional user action before it can be completed successfully. Payment can be completed using the PaymentIntent associated with the invoice. For more details see: https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/overview#requires-action However, this page describes updates to the payment at the back end, which is not in my control.

Duplicating Welcome Series sending off

Hi all! Looking for some help with our Welcome Series. We have our sign-up set up so that new customers can select three different ages, and then the Welcome Series flow they receive is based off of the ages they are looking to purchase for. Therefore, we have 3 current Welcome Series (Baby, Toddler, and Elementary age). If a customer selects all 3 (or even 2) of the ages, they receive the Welcome Series in both age groups, and therefore are placed in 2+ Welcome Series flows and receive duplicates of everything.  I’ve tried adding a flow condition of “What someone has or has not done” → “Received Email” → Flow → Welcome Series Baby → Zero Times over all time, and then duplicated the condition again to take out the elementary age flow if the flow is meant for toddlers. I’ve repeated this and so forth to each of our designated flows, but am getting no luck.  Is there another way to ensure one person doesn’t get added to all of our other Welcome Series flows? Am I missing something / have

Assistance setting up welcome email campaign

I’m brand new to Klaviyo and I have a Shopify coming soon page that captures email subscribers which i want to trigger a welcome email contains a 10%  coupon code.I’m a little confused how to set this up and test it and have some questions:I have 16 subscribers so far and they are showing under Audience > Profiles however only 2 of these subscribers are showing inside my ‘Newsletter’ list - why is this and how do i put all of them in there? I have created a welcome email template which means the 10% discount but how does the actual code get added to this welcome email. Do i need to put it as text in the template (if so where do i find the code?) or is it somehow pulled into the template automatically? I’m not really sure how this part works. How to I link this particular template and my welcome discount to my new newsletter subscribers list? I have set all these 3 things up can I cannot work out how to associate them all. Any help, guidance and  links that are specific for my use ca

Track Orders for a Specific Product Placed thru a Specific Flow

Is there a way to find out if customers purchased a specific product after clicking on a specific message in a flow? We have a bounce back flow which encourages users to purchase specific product as a cross sell immediately after making a purchase. All I can see in Klaviyo is placed orders from that flow but you cannot filter it by which product they purchased.

Having trouble editing my flows...?

Hey Guys, I’ve been trying to edit my flows and templates. For example: Either by adding in a time block or trying to input a picture into a template.However, I am unable to drag anything into the actual template/flow. Removing underline on text that has a date/time

Hi! Noticed in testing my email that the date/day of the week has been underlined and giving the option to link it to my calendar in my phone and add it as an event. Anyone know if there’s a way around this to not show? PS, this is Live Text/Text within Klaviyo.See below where it’s underlining “Sunday morning breakfast” on an iphone and suggesting to add it to my calendar.

Campaigns Missing from List View, Only showing up in Calendar View

Have had this issue for months….various, usually new-ish campaigns (sometimes drafts, sometimes campaigns that have been sent) do not show up in the “Campaigns” list view. When you go to “Calendar” view they are there and you can access that way. But for lots of reasons….I need them all to show up in list view. I talked to chat support back when it started and they said it’s a Chrome issue but that seems unlikely. This is happening across clients and there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to what campaigns it applies to.  To add to the issues….in the last couple of weeks….occasionally my campaigns list will only show a single campaign. I have checked all filters, changed time windows, etc but nothing fixes it, aside from signing out and then back in.Anyone else have this issue and successfully solve it?

"Abandoned Cart" flow not showing product when previewed.

I'm facing a critical issue with the Klayvio Abandoned Cart feature after following Jordan's Library instructions for Shopify integration.Despite diving into the documentation, the product information isn't showing up, and this needs an immediate fix. I can't stress enough how crucial this is for our operations.
