Multiple confirmation emails received

Hello,I’m on Shopify, and have disabled their double opt in. I am using my theme’s newsletter sign up form.When testing email newsletter signs ups, I am getting 2 - 3 emails from Klaviyo. Strangely, from names aren’t all the same. You can see bdelow - they were sent at the same time.How can I ensure customers only receive 1 email?Thank you

Connecting Calendly

Hello,We are sending an email asking our customers to book a meeting with us (using calendar); once the customer books the meeting calendly creates an event. “calendly.event_scheduled” is possible to send the event to klaviyo. Hence, we move the customer to the next step of the workflow?

Back In Stock with woocommerce

Hi,Do somebody find a solution to implement back in stock flow with Klaivyo and Woocommerce ?natively, it is possible only with shopify. I did it with a List, form and woocommerce hooks but with this method, I have to send email and create new list manualy each time… Regards

Changing button background colour for out of stock notifications

Hi all, I’m currently trying to alter the background colour of the ‘Notify me when available’ button. From looking through the code, I can alter the modal button which is simple enough, but for changing the button on the actual product page I can’t see any immediate way to change this.  klaviyo.enable('backinstock',{ trigger: { product_page_text: 'Notify Me When Available', product_page_class: 'btn', product_page_text_align: 'center', product_page_margin: '0px', replace_sold_out: true }, There doesn’t appear to be any way to change this in Shopify’s visual editor when changing colours, and after reading through the documentation on Klaviyos Back in Stock styling, I can’t see anything on there either. Currently the button looks like this -  But I have been able to alter the modal so it appears like so -  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Weekly repeating flow to remind segment

Hi all - I am trying to remind a group of customers that we are in the local area on a particular day.The segment will be people within a 5 mile proximity to a postcode.How do I setup a Flow or a Repeating campaign so that I can email this segment every week on a Monday for example?ThanksPhilip.

duplicate/clone a conditional split

Is there any workaround for DUPLICATING/CLONING a conditional split? They are so tedious to set up, and I have so many in my flow. If I could duplicate or clone it, it would save me SO MUCH TIME and also ensure consistency. If there is zero way to achieve this, I’d like to offer this is a feature request. Is there a way to ask for features? We can clone an email, why not clone a conditional split?

Users not added to List using API even after hours

I’m trying to add profiles/users to a list on Klaviyo using the v2 apis, the api returns an empty array in response when the data is valid but does not add the profiles to the list.I have checked this thread  but I’m not getting the user’s details in the list as described. I have waited for almost 2 hours but still no members added to the list.I have tried using the node-klaviyo package and simply calling the api from postman, both of them returns the same empty array response.I have replaced sensitive values with XXXXX

load Klaviyo form dynamically

Hi,we use Klaviyo in our Shopware System. The normal integration with a Shopware Plugin works very good. But on our shop web site we have sections which are loaded dynamically with Ajax. My question is: How can I make Klaviyo render a form which was added to the page after initial page load. After the Ajax call I can see the html code of the form in the browsers web developer (something like <div class="klaviyo-form-xyzabc123"></div>) Now the Klaviyo Script has to render this form. How can I do that? Thanks in advance.kautsch-surfer

Recently Viewed Item to email for Woocommerce users

Hi! I’ve tried to add Recently Viewed Item block on my Abandoned Cart email flow, but it just doesn’t seem to work. I’ve tried to do it several different ways. For one, I tried to follow this instruction. All the triggers/info about client’s viewed product runs nicely to the person’s profile list. Inside the email itself I used a template, in which I created a Text block. Abandoned cart flow : Magento 2 checkout reclaim URL send me to 404 error

Hi there!I just created my first flow 2 weeks ago and already get some amazing sales, very happy about them. I made a test to abandoned my checkout to validate some changes that I made in my template and when I clicked on the return to cart button which is related to this URL for my Magento 2 store : {{ organization.url|trim_slash }}/reclaim/checkout/cart?quote_id={{ event.Extra.QuoteID }} it leads me to a 404 error message on my website. As I am working my Magento 2 with the multi-store function (CAN/EN, CAN/FR and USA/EN), is that the reason why I get a 404 error? Is there any modifcation that I can make to my URL to make it works?

How Can I Use "Update_Property_Link" tag to Add a Profile Property?

Hi there!I’m trying to create a profile property and running into a problem.  Hoping you can help.I have a list set up triggered by an email opt in on a landing page.At the 3rd email in the flow I want to give the customer a button to sign up for a waitlist.  I have built this out and used the code provided here is what I have:{% update_property_link 'waitlist' 'true' 'https://waitlist.glampingoutsidethebox.com/p/survey_results' %}When I preview and test, it I get a place holder message one one computer.  I also tested it on another computer and it tells me the site is not secure.  Can you take a look and tell me if I have the code incorrect?What I’m trying to do is once they click on the waitlist button it will separate them from that list and put them into a new list.  What is the best way to do this?Thank you!

Squarespace cart to my Klaviyo Integration

I am in need of help tying my Squarespace cart to my Klaviyo account so I can setup an abandoned cart workflow. Can I integrate through custom code, or do I need an api provider like Zapier? Willing to pay someone to assist me as I am running into time constraints. Thank you!

Flow: looping with a time delay until a property is true

We have a somewhat complicated series of flows that we are trying to link.  Here is the summary of the problem we are trying to solve:We need to know when a specific product is “delivered.”  We are on Shopify, and Shopify does not send Klaviyo a trigger for delivery (I do not understand why).So we installed AferShip which sends a Delivery notification, but you cannot access any information about the products shipped to insert in the flow emails.So the solution we came up with is to set a Property (“product delivered”) to true on a Flow triggered by AfterShip “Delivered” trigger.  Then we have the another flow triggered on Fufilled (which has all the product information) loop and wait for the “product delivered” property to turn true before sending our a timeline of emails that contain said product info.The question is how do we loop with say a day time delay on a conditional that is waiting for Proper “product delivered” to be true. OR is there a better way to do this?

Pre-populating user email address field in non-Klaviyo Forms

I don’t love the way Klaviyo adds everything from a form to the profile (as custom properties). If I want to do a survey — it seems like I shouldn’t use Klaviyo. Do folks have experience pre-populating a user’s email address (from Klaviyo) into the email field in something like an embedded Google Form, or SquareSpace Form, or another tool?

Shopify Order Tag not being passed to Klaviyo

HelloI have set up a rule in Shopify to tag orders according to who will actually deliver the item - this runs when the order is fulfilled and will allocate one of 3 tags. The rule is executed via a 3rd party app.Within Klaviyo I am then using this tag to send the customer one of 3 different email templates. The problem is that the order tags are being passed across via the API. So the flow is unable to execute properly.How do I fix this? Any ideas?

Add to cart & Coupon codes that auto apply.

Hi All, I have managed to get a coupon code to auto apply in shopify checkout which is perfect. I am trying to do the same on a add to cart flow (Add to Cart Metric not checkout started metric) The problem is I can’t seem to get it to work with the {{ evet.url }}?/discount/Coupon name.Anyone got any ideas how I can get this to work.Many thanksDave

Why aren't photos populating in my order confirmation email?

I am creating a customized Order Confirmation email and am able to input all syntax for order number, item name, quantity and price, but not the photo. The photos are simply not showing up, but when I click the space in preview, it takes me to the photo.When I set up the abandoned cart with the template, the photos of abandoned cart items appear, but not in this email. Please help!

Unable to update properties through Identify API

I am able to call the Identify API to create new profiles with custom properties and update the standard properties.However, when I make a call to the Identify API web service to update any of my custom properties, the call simply returns a 0 and the profile is not updated.Is it possible to make updates to these properties through the Identify API after initial insert?  If so, could you please provide an example?If updates are not possible, what API can I use to update properties using the email as key.

Issue with Link error - tracking

Hello! I have an email that I am hoping to send out with a link that takes you to a website. This website is where clients we work with login to access information. The link in the email currently takes you to a 404 error page on the site, even though when I paste the link in a browser it works correctly. I had a coworker figure out that this was because of tracking settings in Klaviyo. However, she no longer works with us and I don’t know what the setting is that we are supposed to change in order for that link to work properly. Would anyone have an idea on what tracking settings I might be able to change for this to work? Thank you!

HELP cant see my profiles in lists

Hi thereI have recently opened up a klayvio account to begin setting up my email marketing campaigns however im little bamboozled in the fact that i have around 20 contacts that have subscribed to my newsletter as i have not opened the website yet but the profiles seem to show in klayvio profiles section and not in any of the lists or segments section.This has confused me as i would expect them to migrate automatically ive looked all round the software but i keep coming back to i may have to upload manually but surely that can not be the solution? Help on this would be really appreciated.ThanksLance

Webhook for Unbounce

Hello thereI set up a list in Klaviyo and added the webhook to Unbounce and changed the required field to (email) but not receiving the form submissions.I have a question about the list id.  When I add the webhook to unbounce do I change the last part of the URL to the list Id I want them directed to?  Or do I use the URL just like it was given to me when generated on Klaviyo integrations page/instructions?2nd part of question-It was working fine a few days ago and since then we changed the ‘reply to’ email address.  Could this be something that would interrupt the integration?Thank you!

Browse Abandonment Multiple Products?

Lets say a customer who is on my list visits my website and views says 5-10 of products (we have a large catalog). Does Klaviyo have the capacity to display a range of these products in a single browse abandonment email or will it just display a single product i.e. the first one viewed.
