Pop Up Form Target by Product Type

I am hoping to have a pop up trigger on the cart page only for people with a certain item type in their cart but am having trouble with the “category” trigger - I am wondering if I am just not using the exact right name for the tags they are pulling from. Anyone know how to see a list of “categories” that Klaviyo has for a store so I can choose the right one?

Adding Klaviyo KPI's to a Looker Dashboard

I am hoping to bring over a few KPI’s from Klaviyo into a Looker dashboard my team is using (mainly Open rate, CTR, Unsubscribe rate).Is there a way to have an automated daily or weekly sync of Klaviyo data with a google sheet that can then be a data source in Looker studio? Or any others ways people have found to bring Klaviyo data to Looker?

Create a segment based on dynamic coupon code usage

I have a promotion going on that gave customers who spent >$X a dynamic coupon code for a future purchase. I want to send a reminder email to everyone that received one of the custom promos code AND hasn’t used it yet. What is the best way to create that segment so I can send an email to only those who have not used their promo code yet?

Adding Free Shipping Minimum Pop Ups to Cart?

My store is implementing a free shipping minimum order value and were hoping to include a pop up on the cart page telling them what they need to spend to get free shipping (ie. “Add $10 to your cart & get free shipping) - is this a capability in Klaviyo’s pop up forms?

Listing Event Data in an Email Flow

I’m using custom event data from our API integration for a flow. The event data lists products that person submitted that I want to add to the email confirming those items to that person. The catch is one person could have submitted 1 item and someone else could have submitted 10, I’m not sure how to set up the event code in my email to simply list out as many items as that person submitted without it looking weird to someone who might have only done 1 or 2 items but not cut off items for someone that might have submitted 10. I assume its similar to how an order confirmation email would be structured to populate based on number of items that person actually purchased.I’ve included an image of the event data I am trying to display (the highlighted items are the pieces of data I want to display for each item)...

Linking to an API URL

I am having trouble getting an API supplied URL to work as a hyperlink. When i use the event code and have it populate on it’s own (ie. a long url showing in the email) the link works, when I nest it in a hyperlink (so the long URL doesn’t actually show) I get an error code when trying to use the link.Any idea why?

When & how to loop over event data

I am trying to return event data that could be anywhere from 1 to 5 items, I want each one to populate in a bulleted list but I only want the bullet to show up if there is an associated event (ie. if theres only 1 item for someone, I don’t want 4 blank bullet points under that 1 item). Does looping achieve this? If so, what is the code I would use for that?Here is an example of the list I am trying to populate that has variable number of values returned back on the person.

Adding event data for show/hide display logic

I’m trying to add a block to my post purchase flow that shows based on the collection the item they purchased came from. I was planning on creating 5 different show/hide logics (one for each of the collections I want to return specific content). I am having trouble getting the event logic to work. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong with my logic code? I copied it over from the preview event, just removing the brackets.

Multiple Values for One Custom Properties

I recently collected data on a group of consumers. I have the data in an excel CSV. Two of the questions results in multiple answers (ie. favorite brands and favorite activities). Ideally I could create a custom property for “Brands” and “Activities” and they could have multiple values populated for each in their profile. I’m not seeing this as an option when uploading my contact data into Klaviyo.Any solutions to allow for multiple values in one custom property?

Hyperlinks formatting incorrectly on embedded sign up form

Hello - I am having trouble getting the hyperlinks to my privacy policy & terms and use on my embed sign up form to format properly. They look like they should in the form editor on Klaviyo, but when published to my site they default to a larger font than the rest of the sentence (the hyperlinked words only). This is happening in both the desktop and mobile view. I currently have the agree to terms statement in its own text box below my form submit button as an 8pt font, look like when published to my site the hyperlinked words are 16pt font with the rest of the words at the 8pt they they supposed to be. Any help on getting them to format in the same way as the rest of the text in that text box would be appreciated!
