How to remove Klaviyo branding from email templatesTutorial

If you still see Klaviyo branding in your email templates (in desktop or mobile view), you likely don't have an email subscription at this time.Please note that Klaviyo branding can only be removed from email template when you have an active profile and email subscription plan with Klaviyo. Why is my SMS campaign only being sent to 10 profiles when there are 1000 profiles in my SMS list?Tutorial

You may see that there are X number of profiles in your main list or SMS list. However, when trying to send a SMS campaign, you may see that this campaign is expected to only send to a portion of this list.Most likely what is happening is that you do not have SMS consent added for these profiles. For your account to send SMS messages to the profiles, you MUST have SMS consent added to the phone number. It could also be that the profiles were consented to receive SMS at the time when the Campaign was scheduled but opted out recently and thus are no longer eligible to receive SMS campaigns.This is why you are seeing that only a portion of the profiles from the list/segment can receive SMS campaign messages. Please note that for your business to send SMS messages to your customer you must have explicit consent to receive SMS messages.Klaviyo will only send text messages to profiles with SMS consent stored on their profile. Any profile without SMS consent will be skipped. I would highly suggest going over this great guide on Understanding explicit vs. implicit consent. Phone numbers that you may have previously collected via different methods (ex. checkout page, sign-up form. etc.) without explicit consent will NOT qualify to receive SMS messages from your business unless the phone numbers have been collected for this purpose.If you’re looking to grow your SMS subscriber list, you can check out this step by step guide on collecting SMS consent. How to personalize SMS messages with dynamic contentTutorial

Adding dynamic content to SMS messages is certainly possible using Klaviyo! Dynamic data in SMS messages is not so different from what you would be using in email messages. You can certainly use Template Tags and Variable Syntax as well as Catalog Lookup Tags!The only difference is that you have certain limitations with SMS messages:An SMS message only allows one image. In that sense, you can only add one dynamic data/variable within the SMS flow message. I would suggest displaying the first product image when showing a customer's purchased products. Related to the limitation above, you may want to limit the number of products you include as dynamic variables in the SMS message. I would suggest highlighting the first product that the customer purchased and also show it as an image . Always remember that for SMS messages, you want the message to be concise and straightforward as much as possible.Keep in mind that you can only include dynamic variables for event-based flows (e.g., when a
