Is it possible to segment by date where the date is NOT in the next 5 days?

HiI’ve built 2 different segments to trigger 2 different flows. They are very similar but one just triggers when a person becomes a customer and the other is the same but has different content based on whether they are within 5 days of their start date. So I need to exclude customers in the first flow whose start date is in the next 5 days. I see that you can segment by date  i.e. in the last five days and  in the next five days but you can’t do the negative version i.e. is NOT in the next five days. See belowWhat I need is regular_days_start_date is NOT in the next 5 days.Is this condition not available?ThanksSean

Non-clicker conditional split on a specific link pulled from a profile property

HiI have a welcome email in a flow where it is really important for the recipient to fill out an onboarding form. If they don’t the client can’t provide the services required.So, I wanted to create a follow up email to those who have not clicked on the onboarding form link. I could do the follow up to those that haven’t opened or clicked the email but this isn’t as specific as I want. I really need to isolate non-clickers of the specific link.My issue is that this link is unique to every recipient and is dynamically pulled in from the customer’s profile i.e. {{ person|lookup:"enrolment_phase_two_typeform_link" }}I thought I’d found a solution by going down the route of the whether they filled out the Typeform form but this has complications based on how the client has set up the form.So essentially I need to isolate a specific clicked link that is pulled in as a custom property. Margins/Spacers between table blocks

HiI’ve created a block using 2 columns with tables within each. What I want is two columns with an image and text underneath but I want a vertical space between the two columns . I’m almost there but can’t separate the two - see image below. I want to add some vertical white  space between these 2 elements It would be possible to do if the background of the table was white using padding but I’m using that blue colour as the background. So if I insert padding the space between is blue whereas I need it to be white.I feel like I’m missing something obvious here but let me know what you guys think.ThanksSean

Flow that have shorter time delays depending on entry time

HiI have four lists for events that are happening on a defined date. The data is populating the various lists via API.What I need to do is send an 8 email journey pre-event. My issue is that people will obviously sign up at different times but I still want to deliver all the pre-event emails before that defined date in the future.Is the only way to do this to clone the flow and start a new one each week with different time delays between the emails?Thanks in advanceSean

Show/Hide Logic and Custom Field from Quiz Software

Hi I have a situation where I have data coming in from quiz software that populates a custom fieldThis comes in this kind of structure Answer1-Answer2-Answer3-Answer4.I want to achieve 2 things with this dataSend a welcome email that goes to a bespoke URL for each scenario. Segment by the different answersMy main issue is I have over 200 variations! So my show/hide logic statements would be ridiculously long and maybe not even possible. I presume Gmail would clip the email straight away as well as it would essentially have 200 buttons going to 200 different URLs in it.So is the best solution to get the bespoke URL sent over somehow via an API from the quiz software rather than go through the pain of all the conditional statements that would essentially be structured like the below.Show button if person|lookup:'Quiz results:'==Answer1-Answer2-Answer3-Answer4''Just making sure there is nothing obvious I’m missing.Thanks in advance for any suggestions.Thanks

Email Template design - Spanning 2 rows with one image

HiI’m designing a template and I wanted to have one large profile shaped image in one column alongside 2 product images in another column. In HTML it would be a rowspan. I can’t find a way of doing this using Split, columns or tables.Is this not possible in the template builders?See an example hereThanksSean
