Giveaway in exchange for a subscription - how do I enter those already subbed?

Hello!I’m doing a little giveaway to see if I can get a few more subscribers. I know this isn’t the best way to get quality subs, but I’m giving it a try just to see what happens.I’m using Klaviyo directly for this, following their instructions: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000798472#:~:text=Learn%20how%20to%20run%20a,a%20contest%20strictly%20using%20Klaviyo.However, there’s nothing in the article regarding what happens with people who are already subscribed. Do I ask them to subscribe again, considering they’ll be added to a new list? I’m not sure how to tackle this.If you have any best practice advice, I’d also appreciate that. Thanks in advance!

Price showing as zero on dynamic product feed

Hello everyone, I need help to find out why the price of the items in my product feed are always showing as zero. My listings all have prices in them, and I’m using Klaviyo’s Product Feed block in my email template (synched with my WooCommerce shop), so I’m not sure what is happening. Right now I’ve switched off the price so customers don’t think I’m click baiting them, but I’d really love to be able to let my readers know how much an item costs before they go to the shop…Any ideas? How do I remove this image from my website offering a discount code? It's very intrusive.

Hello, everyone.I’m having trouble locating the exact source that’s creating this image on my website. I know it’s definitely from Klaviyo and they’re using Cloudfront to host the image, but not how to remove/alter it.As it stands, it’s getting in the way of everything else on the page, plus it doesn’t go away once clicked on it, it simply goes back to where it was…Any help appreciated. Thank you in advance!

How to keep a sign up form link active but not embedded in the website

Hello! I’ve got a question regarding a sign-up form I created. A while ago, I created a full-screen sign-up form (no discount offered) meant for people who came to my website. However, I’ve since created a pop-up form (with discount offer) and removed the other one.Now, this is where I need help: I find I could use the first form in my Post-Purchase Thank You Flow to ask people to subscribe using a link, but am not sure how I could do that and *not* add it to my website again (I don’t want two subscription requests at once on the website!)Am I making sense? How can I recycle the form I’m no longer using on the website and use it on my post-purchase emails? Thanks!

How can I change the name of my form teaser?

Hello, everyone.I’ve got a subscription form which is supposed to go fullscreen when clicked on. Everything is fine with it, except I can’t find where to change its title! Any ideas?I’m sure it’s an easy fix, but I’ve been going over this for ages and can’t find it. Help? :)

I have three lists that I want to merge, and assign two different flows to it.

Hello! I’m quite new to Klaviyo and, since my previous provider had a different system, I made a mistake when setting up my lists.I currently have:one list for new subscribers with a discount code one list for new subscribers without a discount code a regular, “main” Marketing list (where everyone would have been directed to before Klaviyo, once they went through their welcome series)Having understood this to be “wrong,” I now wish to have just one single marketing list, but with two Welcome Series flows (one with a discount code, one without).My questions are:How do I add the present Discount and Non-Discount Welcome Series flows to my main Marketing list (since they are currently in the other two separate lists I want to delete) How do I change the flows to point to my Marketing list instead of the current discount and non-discount lists I wish to delete? Is it safe to delete those lists I’ll no longer be using after redirecting all new subscribers to the main list?I hope I’ve explai

Where are my form unique IDs? I need to add them to triggers/conditional splits

Hello. I’m almost ready to pull my hair out, so any help will be very much appreciated.I’ve got a list going, and I want to set up two different triggers: one Welcome email series for Discount subscribers one Welcome email series for Non Discount subscribersIf I understood things correctly, my initial trigger is “Subscribes to Mailing List”, then I add a conditional split in my Discount email flow thusly:Properties about someone > Unique ID > equals > (the first discount email ID) Properties about someone > Unique ID > doesn’t equal > (the first non-discount email ID)I’ll then have to reverse this in my Non Discount email flow, so that those subscribing to my non discount list see the non-discount emails but don’t see the discount ones.FIRST QUESTION: is what I did above correct?SECOND QUESTION: where do I find the correct Unique IDs for each email list? I’m assuming it’s the code that appears when I click Edit on my Email #1 for each series, but I’m either going ment
