How to get the best of flows?

Hi, Could anyone take a look at my flow setting, I set up my flow based on users' interest and how they react with the website and Klaviyo. However I am not quite sure if it's best to set multiple or is it best to set just oneAlso, I want to make sure it doesn't trigger too much, what are your suggestions on a flow such as this?Any suggestions or ideas are welcomed Thank you so much

Question on "viewed product" "active on site" in the metrics

Hi,I am curious on how you guys define “active on site” and “viewed product”. Because in my cohort analysis, the number seem to be much lower consider the amount of traffic the site is getting.For example, if a user come to my site the first time and entered his email and continued browsing products, does klaviyo count that as 1 “viewed product” and 1 “active on site”? or does this user has to come to site again, and until then klaviyo will track that metrics?Can someone explain exactly how this works? THX

Question on browse abandonment email

Hi,A quick question, let’s say if a customer visit my website, and viewed product a/ product b/ product c, which product will it be showing in my browse abandonment email? It’s hard to understand especially when a customer visit multiple products, how does this work?THX

Question on Segment numbers not adding up

Hi,  My segments numbers are not adding up, please help. I used RFM model, and below are the metrics:( I only use Rencecy and frequency).--R: In the last 14 days,  if a user has done either of viewed product/clicked email/active on site at least once then it means 「close}; if outside of 14 days, a user has done either of viewed product/clicked email/active on site at least once it means 「far」F: if a user has done either of viewed product/clicked email/active on site greater than 1 then it means 「high}; if a user has done either of viewed product/clicked email/active on site less than 2 then it means 「Low};--Then we have 5 segments:Potential Sum ( anyone has done either of viewed product/clicked email/active on site at least once over all time and hasn’t purchased)Potential High (R is close, F is high)Potential medium (R is close, F is low):Potential Low (R is far, F is high):Potential Low (R is far, F is low):For some reasons, the potential sum somehow doesn’t equal the rest four combi

How to send user highly target product recommendation in FLOW?

Hi,Is there a way to send my subscriber specific product/or product  categories  based on the “viewed product” metrics in a flow setting?For example, a user has been active on my site in the last 14 days, and viewed four sneakers products pages. Now this user has entered into my segment, and triggered a flow. I want to send this users more sneakers, how do I achieve that. Also is there a way to send them a very specific product, if let’s say this person viewed only that product? Please note that each person enters this flow are very differentPlease answer with details and screenshots are much preferred.Thank you,R
