Popup without sign-up field - possible?

Hi all,apparently Shopify is having some issues shipping items from multiple locations, where Shopify then accumulates shipping charges. Which frustrates 100s of shop owners.However, I'll keep it short.I decided, that products that are dispatched from a specific location/warehouse are now shipped for free.My idea is that once the customer opens that particular collection, they will get a popup notification that shipping is free for that collection. I don't want this popup to appear on my homepage/first page. I have tried using Klaviyo to create a signup form, delete the email field and the submit button, but this results in an error. Is there a way to do this setup with Klaviyo or do I need another 3rd party app?Of course you are also welcome to provide any other best-practice idea :) Thank you

the 3rd newsletter of campaign was not sent - why?

Hi Guys,following issue.I had setup a campaign with 3 mails.For some reasons I recognized after the campaign started that the 3rd mail was delivered, second not, coz second was still a draft and not live. (I have checked this by adding an email from me to the subscriber list).ok so I have moved the 3rd (already delivered) newsletter above the second mail and set the second mail from draft to live.This mail supposed to be send out yesterday but it didnt. not to anybody. Do you know the reason? Do i need to trigger it manually? But of course there are new subscribers which maybe did not receive yet the 2nd newsletter. therefore i dont want to send them the 3rd mail now

Question about Layout split section on mobile view

Hi,I have a question regarding a split section.In my desktop view the social media icons are on the left of the text, since there is enough space.In the mobile view looks it like below. Not really nice. Any chance to bring the text next to the icons? I played already around but couldnt find a suitable option.Thank you

Advise | Newsletter Subs. for coming soon page - and then?

Hi there,I am looking for your experience and advise in terms of newsletter in regards to a coming soon page.My page is currently setup as a coming soon page, no countdown yet since I dont know whether I go in 3, 4 or 5 weeks online.I have setup with Klavijo now a newsletter if the customer subscribe it (content is some preview incl. discount code).❔Should I send out a second mail as long as the page is not ready yet?The Klavijo flow suggest then a few days waiting time, followed by a social media mail which includes some shopping options. Last I cant add yet, since page is not live yet.❔Any advise what the content should in case you recommend to send out a second mail? I have already setup Instagram and Pinterest but no content yet. I plan to start here maybe 2 weeks before going live with the page. Thanks in advance.

Integrate Klaviyo - What about the shopify notifications?

Hello all,I am in the process of setting up my Shopify store. The next tasks were to set up invoices, order confirmations, discount codes and so on. That's when I came across this app. After some recommendations and Youtube videos, I decided to try the free plan.Before I start creating flows, etc, I wanted to check with you guys if Shopify notifications are automatically disabled once you use a third-party app. I don't want my customers to receive a mail from shopify and Klaviyo later.Can I make such a setting even with the free plan? If not, I'll stick with Shopify for now and see how it goes.Thank you in advance.
