Sync with CRM + custom fields

Hi everyone,We’re a B2B e-commerce, and we also sell through our sales team via sales orders using Netsuite. We’re considering having Klaviyo as our main marketing platform but for this we’d need to make sure we’re able to sync a good amount of custom fields into Klaviyo via our new CRM (either Salesforce or Zoho, not decided yet). Both platforms seem to only sync default lead fields though.Has anyone synced custom fields via SFDC or Zoho? Which 3rd party did you use? And can you create segments/reports with these custom fields?

How do I add flow members to a list?

Hi everyone,I’ve set up a lead nurture flow and I’d like to group anyone who has gone through the flow without converting in one list. I was hoping I could add these contacts to a list at the end of my flow or create a segment that shows anyone who has gone through a flow but don’t seem to be able to. Is there a workaround? Thanks,Enzo

Excluding contacts from a flow until an event has passed

Hi everyone,We have a back in stock email flow set up (Via Swym/Kalviyo) When a product is back in stock, an event is created and that triggers the flow to send an email notification.A team member opted a customer in on their behalf (we know not GPDR-compliant, we’ve told them since) but they opted them in on the wrong product. We can’t “remove” the trigger event from Kalviyo so we created an exclusion list to prevent from receiving that notification.The item is back in stock, the flow was triggered and the email has been excluded. Can we now “unexclude” the customer or will it still trigger the event to be sent to them? Thanks!
