Restrict recent purchasers who's order is in transit from getting flow messages

Hi, I want to filter out from the flow customers who have purchased in the last 30 days AND did NOT received their order yet. In other words, I want to include buyers who received the package, no matter when they placed the order. I just can’t figure out how to write the filter.  It could be done using conditional split, but I don’t want to use it, because I would get to active branches that need to duplicate the content. Another workaround I came up with is create a separate flow to enrich profiles and tag buyers when they receive their order. But I am not a fan of this method, because tags not work well, at least for me. It would add a lot more clutter, in my opinion. Maybe someone has a very simple idea to solve this? Thank you.

Product feeds shows the same product

Hi, everyone, I feel really frustrated with the recent change of the product feed. All my email templates contain not simple boring grid, but a little bit tweaked in order to make emails not such a boring thing. See the example bellow.These all kinds of grids worked just fine when I could chose from what position to start displaying product feed, as all these blocks are independent in order to make beautiful display.Now, for some reason Klaviyo removed this button and all the time product feed starts from #1 resulting in displaying the same product all over the email. I have contacted support unfortunately with no help.All my Flows contains grids with various display meaning that I have to redo everything! That’s drives me crazy!I just don’t understand how could you do this!I worked so hard to setup everything and now all its gone. It will take me days if not weeks to redo everything. I will lose so much revenue during this time, because I cannot do other things.I don’t know if anyone

Schedule a promotional campaign to different time zone profiles

Hi, I am facing a problem with a promotional campaign scheduling. Our customers are based worldwide so I assume that the best strategy is to send a campaign according to the recipient’s time zone. I was doing this for some time and then realized that not all purchasers are removed from the list. When I schedule a campaign I always remove profiles that made a purchase in the last 30 days. I have a segment for this purpose, but if the purchase is made after when I schedule a campaign, then the profile remains in the recipients list.  I host a promotion for a week and send an email every day. If the person is in an active segment she/he will receive 7 emails per week and I obviously do not want to bother people who made a purchase in a Day1 or Day2 and so on. For this purpose I was excluding the purchasers segment, but unfortunately this doesn’t work if a campaign is scheduled in a recipients’ time zone. This time I will be experimenting with a campaign and flow combo.Here is my plan:Day

'Newest products' recommendation does not work in product feed

In the article it is stated:We use a “created_at” timestamp that is specific to Klaviyo. This means that when you first sync your catalog, every product in the catalog will have the same “created_at” value, so the newest products recommender will not be useful at first. Once you’ve added some new items to your catalog after the initial sync, you should start to see the expected behavior.This also means that items will not be prioritized by the recommender just because they’ve been “updated” or have recently come back in stock. This recommender will only prioritize net new products added to your catalog. But it is not working like described here. I get not the newest products, but recently updated products.

Create a show/hide condition block depending on profile marketing permission

Hi, I am trying to create a text blok in Flows with a show/hide condition logic. I want to show this text block to profiles that are not registered to get our marketing emails: who have never subscribed to our list or who have unsubscribed.  Please help me with the rule. Thank you.

Hi, I need some clarification on this topic. Do I understand correctly, that Product Feed containing products, that customer recently viewed is working in Flows only? And there is no possibility to show recently viewed products in campaigns?

Best practice for Sunset Flow

Hello everyone, I would really appreciate if you could share how you setup your Sunset Flow. I have started my list in 2014 in MailChimp and moved from MailChimp to Klaviyo about a year ago.I have never ever cleaned my list. I know it sounds terrible   My list size now is ~10.000 and I managed to score 25% open rates when I send to the entire list. I try to send weekly. I had the goal of spending one year using Klaviyo and then clearing my list. This was mainly because I wanted everyone on the list to receive Black Friday emails. So I created Sunset flow.I spend much time reading how to do it best, but in fact, I still don’t know the best solution.Sorry for the long prehistory.I created my Sunset flow using the standard flow. I included profiles in the segment who were inactive for 365 days. They receive 2 emails. The second email is sent after a week. And then, after another 5 days, the profile is marked as ‘suppress’.The second email has two options. The first option - standard Klavi

Do not show product variations in product feed

Hi, Is it possible to show products only in product feed ant do not show the variations? I see the same images and so it means the same products (as the size varies only) in product recommendation emails sometimes because of this issue. Thank you

Automatic emails with product recommendations

Hi, I am thinking of how to automate my email marketing even more and came out with an idea of sending automatic emails with products recommendations. I manage to send an email campaign weekly and sometimes biweekly. So I am thinking about creating a flow that sends an email weekly something very simple like ‘this weeks best sellers’ or ‘most wanted items’ and show in the email those best sellers. The idea is to send an email to every person (or Track A, or whatever activity) on my list, but not only to those that take any action (that triggers other flows). It’s like I am thinking to create a flow to send an email weekly without any trigger.I have two questions:What do you think about this strategy overall? Is it possible to do this ir Klaviyo (I am using WooCommerce)Also would like to hear some other tricks how to automate the marketing emails.

Browse Abandonment emails while sending Welcome Flow

Hi, I would like to hear recommendations what are the best practices to setup Browse abandonment Flow for profiles that are still receiving Welcome Flow emails as well as the recommendations to improve my Welcome Flow.My current Welcome Flow sends 5 emails during one week. I am experimenting with this flow in an attempt to get better results, because placed order rate is really low (0,20%).So my email sequences is as follow:Welcome email with an incentive (10% off for the first order. I wasn’t offering discount earlier, so maybe the discount itself will improve the results) Introduction of our team (no product is showed in the email) Request to update their profile (choose which products categories they are interested in. Hi, I want to start sending Price drop flow, but am concerned about one thing - I do not want to send a price drop email to people who have already purchased the product at regular price. How could I implement this?

Reactively add people to Browse Abandonment Flow

Hi,I am wondering if it’s possible to add people to Browse Abandonment flow reactively?The idea is:I want to run a limited time campaign and offer a discount code for a certain category (Category A). I want to send email to people who viewed a product from this particular category in the last 30 days AND display that viewed product in the email. How can I do this? I was thinking about Browse Abandonment Flow with a trigger split. If the viewed product is in the Category A person will go through path YES and will receive the email and if the viewed product is not in the Category A person will go through path NO and exit the flow.Am I thinking right? Would email display the right product (belonging to Category A)?

Sale event for browse abandoners

Hi,I am planing to run a Sale for a specific category and want to send more personalized emails to those who have viewed the product from that category in the last 30 days. I have created a segment to identify them. The question is how to create an email template corectly.The idea is to send similar email like browse abandonment ‘You viewed it and now it’s on sale’ - include the product that person has viewed and announce it is on sale now. What I am wondering is how to create that product block correctly. Could I copy it from the browse abandoned template? But I don’t know how to make sure the products will not appear from other categories that person possibly was looking at also.

Product review flow after parcel was delivered via AfterShip integration

Hi, Is it possible to set up a product review flow where trigger is Received Delivery via AfterShip integration? I have setup it but the products are not populated into the email.  I want to use this trigger and not the trigger Fulfilled order via Woo because we deliver worldwide and delivery terms differ significantly. And especially when deliveries are delayed now I do not want to send a review email when the parcel is still in transit.

Leads Generation via Facebook Ads. Instant Forms vs Landing Page

Hi everyone,We are running Facebook Ads to collect leads offering free lead magnets.I just set up the Facebook integration via LeadsBridge to find out that it's a paid service. That's really sad especially after spending a whole day to trying setup and configure it so it would work seamlessly with Klaviyo.As I understand it's the only way to use Facebook Instant forms with Klaviyo.The other option is to create a landing page and send people there.What I am wondering if anyone can tell from their experience if there is a different conversion rate between the Instant forms and Landing pages. We are not spending on FB Ads so much so it would be worth paying extra for LeadsBridge integration.Thank you in advance!

Why am I having more bounced emails now than on MailChimp?

Hi, We just migrated from MailChimp and sent our first campaign with Klaviyo. The campaign was sent to our recent openers (Track A) according your best practices however we got 81 bounced email (2,4%). It’s a huge number as bounced emails number was up to 15 in MailChimp. How is that possible? I am concerned if that will affect our deliverabily rates?And how we should act now?

Hi, We are offering two lead magnets (freebies) in exchange to the email address. We want to send link to the download in the first email of the flow. I want to subscribe all them to one list, so how could I differentiate the subscribers for which lead magnet did they signed up?

How are you dealing with duplicated profiles?

Hi, I am wondering what’s the best practices to deal with duplicated profiles. I have noticed that some customers have two or more profiles with different emails. I have combined those who obviously have changed the email address - firstly used one, and now the other. But what to do with those that are subscribed to newsletter with one email and when purchasing are using the different one? Should I merge these profiles? Or just do nothing and don’t waste my time?

I want clarification how emailable profiles are populated into my account? Are they people who visited my website or made a certain action?Do I have permission to email them even if they have not signed up for my emails?What's the point of generating these profiles that are not subscribers? How I can use them in my marketing?
