Displaying product variants in abandoned cart

Hi there, I’m putting together an Abandoned Cart flow for a client that uses Shopify. If a customer has ordered more than one of a product (but a different variant of that product), it displays the same image/title/link more than once, instead of displaying each variant of the product. I’m not sure which variable to use.I’m trying to do this, but unlike the user who posed this question, I’m not using a Shopify template, just the Klaviyo drag & drop editor.Thanks...

Klaviyo login: 403 Error

I’m trying to log in to Klaviyo and I keep receiving a 403 error. This isn’t happening with a particular subaccount (I have several); it happens when I go to Klaviyo itself. I’ve contacted Klaviyo Support but haven’t heard back for 2 hours. I’ve tried restarting my machine, clearing my cache, incognito mode, nothing is working.Is anyone else having this problem?

Backup for custom font not displaying in Outiook 2010, 2016

Hi there,I know that custom fonts don’t work in all email environments. Most email environments are displaying a backup font (custom font is Acumin Pro Condensed, backup should be Helvetica, Arial or a generic sans-serif). In Outlook 2010 and 2016 it’s displaying as Times New Roman. Is there a way to make the backup display correctly in those versions of Outlook? If it can’t display Acumin I’d like it to display Arial/Helvetica. Is this possible in the new drag & drop template?Thanks!

Left text alignment issue: desktop perfect, mobile version contains too much space at left

Hi there,I’m using the new drag & drop editor to create a template, and I’m experiencing the following issue:This headline (contained in a <p> tag) looks the way I want it to in desktop......but adds extra space at left in mobile.Desktop looks perfect...The headline (that says “ONE-UP”) is perfect in mobile (this headline is inside a table cell), but the copy below it is adding extra space at the left.Any help would be appreciated!Thanks

Same name, color and size variables, different images and products

I have an abandoned cart flow, and I’m having trouble displaying the items in a table with a dynamic row. As seen in the screenshot below, the first image and the URL that it links to is correct; it’s showing the correct item, correct item name, correct color and correct size. However, the second image is showing the correct image and attached URL, but it’s repeating the same item name, color and size.The data source row collection is set to event.extra.line_items; the row alias is item. Any insight as to what I might be doing wrong here? Integrating with Clyde: how to find link event variable?

I'm coding an upsell flow, and warranties are what we're upselling. We're using Clyde (https://hiclyde.sb.hiclyde.com/). However, I can't find the "link" event variable in the Klaviyo code editor to populate the dynamic link correctly in the messages (we'd like the product image and a CTA button to link to Clyde). There's not much information about Clyde integration online (not even on their support website). Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks!

Abandoned Cart flow: product appearing twice

Hello all, I’m creating a Cart Abandon Flow and whenever someone orders a product that has Route Package Protection, the product shows up twice (it doesn’t simply display the purchased product/price/quantity plus Route Package Protection; it displays the product/price/quantity twice). How can I fix my flow so that it shows just one product, or at least display Route Package Protection separately?Thanks in advance!

Displaying an image from a company's website when a certain product is ordered

Hi.I’m in the middle of a post-purchase flow. One of the email messages in the flow is supposed to contain an image that links to an instructional video (a YouTube video that’s embedded on the company’s website). The image in the email is based on which product(s) a customer purchases. The company’s shop uses Shopify, but the images I want to display aren’t hosted there. Is it possible to use an if/else statement to display the image, its alt tag and link? What I’m thinking is that a certain image would be displayed based on the product ID (if productID = Product X’s ID, then display Product X’s image and have it link to Product X’s instructional video). If the customer ordered more than one product, I’d like to have images show for all the products that they purchased (note: there are only four products in total, so four would be the maximum number of products shown at once).Thanks in advance!

Looping products in abandoned cart in HTML Editor

Hello,I’m building a Shopify Abandoned Cart series using the HTML Editor (so I can have more control over the way everything renders in the finished product), and I can’t figure out how to loop through all the products in the abandoned cart. I can display the first item in the cart, but not the others.The instructions in the Help Center are focused on the drag & drop editor, which I don’t use much for the reasons stated above. How do I define the array, variables, alias, etc. and surround it with code to make it loop through all of the products? What code do I surround the block to be repeated with? Can this even be done with the HTML editor? Thanks in advance...aj

Display (non-catalog) image based on purchased product in HTML

I’m in the process of coding a post-purchase series based on a flow. I’m editing in HTML view, and not using the drag-and-drop editor; this is a Shopify-powered store.We’d like to cross-sell other products. In total, there are three products, and those products are offered in a variety of sizes. I’d like to show or hide images based on whether the customer ordered an additional product.Product A = the purchased product (static) If the additional product purchased is Product B, show image featuring Product C If the additional product purchased is Product C, show image featuring Product B If they purchase neither Product B nor Product C, they receive both images If they purchased both Product B and Product C, no image appearsThe images that are being displayed aren’t from the Shopify image catalog; they’re entirely different. Link to product in Shopify-enabled replenishment flow

Hi everyone,I have a replenishment flow built, and it’s working great except for one thing: I can’t get the product image and title to link to the product page. The image and title are populating correctly; it’s only the URL that doesn’t work. When constructed as in the code snippet seen here, it directs to the all-product page; it seems to be ignoring the {{ item.product.handle }} part of the code.
