Why do Shopify "not subscribed" profiles still appear as "subscribed" in Klayvio?

Hi!I’m very new to Klayvio and seem to have synced up the “Newsletter” list in Klayvio with my Shopify account successfully. However, I haven’t switched over from my current ESP yet. In prep, I imported a “suppression” list to Klayvio. I wanted to ensure this list will be kept current when contacts unsubscribe from today, so I “unsubscribed” in my current ESP to test the functionality in Klayvio. I am “not subscribed” in Shopify, but for some reason that hasn’t synced over to Klayvio and I’m still on the “newsletter” list and appear as “subscribed” in the user profile on Klayvio.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is there a way to use the block repeat feature for an image to show different color of the same item?

Hi there.I am setting up an order confirmation flow and have managed to use the Shopify template to set up a dynamic product image, but if someone orders the same product in different colors, it keeps showing the first color for all images. Can anyone point me in the direction of how to change this? Thanks!

Is it possible to have two pop-ups working simultaneously? Showing the second ONLY if the customer does not complete first.

Hi! I am trying to set up a pop-up to show on exiting the page with an offer if the customer doesn’t complete the first pop-up on the landing page. It seems though that Klaviyo doesn’t sync in time for the logic to work. I have both pop-ups set to not show to existing Klaviyo profiles. But on testing, after the completing the first pop-up, the second still shows. Is there a way around this? Thanks!

Birthday flow setup

Hi there.I’ve collected a few birthdays through my Swell Rewards Program. Within customer properties, I can see the loyalty_birthday_date in 2021-05-13 format. However, when I want to start the birthday flow, and I select the “date property” as the trigger, the loyalty_birthday_date does not appear in the dropdown. I know that I can use the swell_birthday event to trigger this, but I want to be able to collect birthdays through a pop-up as well.  Thanks so much.

Klaviyo only tracks me for "Viewed Product" and "Added to Cart" tracking

Hi! I am trying to set up a flow for the “Added to Cart Trigger”, but for some reason after installing the Viewed Product tracking and “added to cart” snippet, my feed is only showing me. What’s also weird is for the “active on site” feed, it’s also only tracking me and one other customer. Which I know is not accurate because we’ve had several orders in the past hour. I figured maybe it has something to do with cookies? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.
