Public Release of our New Klaviyo APIsNews

We’re excited to announce the public release of our New Klaviyo APIs. These new endpoints, now all following a JSON:API standard, are more consistent and connected across the endpoints. Now, you’re enabled to programmatically access new product areas allowing you to build more powerful experience with Klaviyo. For example, utilize our new Catalogs API to create, update, or delete catalog data in an account to send more personalized messages with up-to-date product information. What’s New?The new API release contains updated and new endpoints as well as refined API features to ensure you’re able to meet your specific needs. The endpoints included in this phase will eventually replace many of Klaviyo's most commonly-used V1 & V2 endpoints. Recent Bot ActivityNews

On December 4, 2022 a bot profile was created within the platform, which posted comments within several threads and user groups. This profile has since been banned and removed from the Community. [Klaviyo Status] Delays in Real-Time Segmentation + Intermittent Issue with App Accessibility

Hello Community! Klaviyo is currently experiencing two incidents:Delays in Real-Time Segmentation Delays of up to 1.5 hours in real-time segmentation processing. Flows triggered by segments, as well as segment-targeted forms, may also currently be impacted. We are actively working to restore real-time processing Intermittent Issue with App Accessibility Around 2 pm on 11/25/22 we noticed some intermittent outages and timeout within our application. Upcoming changes to our Identify APINews

Hello Developers!We wanted to share some information regarding a critical upcoming API change that will take place on June 13th, 2022.What’s ChangingAfter June 13th, our Identify API will no longer support making updates to an existing profile’s unique identifiers (email address, phone number, and external id). Going forward, to make these profile updates, you will need to utilize Klaviyo’s Profiles API, which requires using an account’s Private API Key.WhyIn order to prevent potential abuse, we will require the use of a Private API Key to update profile identifiers like email address and phone number using our Profiles API.Action RequiredIf your integration with Klaviyo supports updating profile identifiers utilizing our Identify API, please modify your implementation before June 13th 2022 by migrating to Klaviyo’s server-side Profiles API. Hello Community!Wanted to inform you that in the coming weeks Klaviyo will be undergoing necessary maintenance and updates to our systems which will cause downtimes across parts of the platform.The maintenance periods are scheduled for: Sunday, July 17, 2022 from 00:00 - 02:00 am EST Saturday, July 30, 2022 from 00:00 - 06:00 am EST Sunday, July 31, 2022 from 00:00 - 04:00 am EST During these scheduled maintenance times there may be delays in processing data and some API integrations may experience an elevated rate of 503 responses during these windows. Additionally, scheduled email or SMS messages will be paused.
