How to find which customers have come from a Facebook ad?

Can you help?I would like to work out which new customers have bought from our store as a result of seeing a Facebook/instagram ad. I can go into each profile and see where they have come from under information and source. But is there a way of segmenting customers to see them all in one place?Thanks for your help.

How to remove a segmented group of people from a flow

Hi,I have created a thank you flow for people who have placed an order.But I don’t want monthly subscribers to be part of this flow. I currently have a segment of my subscribers. How do I add this segment into my flow and ask them not to receive the email?Thanks for your help.Ruth

Logo appearing twice but not in previews

Hi there, I’ve created a few flows. Some of our customers have replied but weirdly when I look at the email they have received, there are two of our logos at the top. When I click preview to check the email, there is only one. Can anyone help? I don’t want two logos on the top of each email.Thank youRuth

Adding a contact to another list

I’m stuck. I have a group of people in a list and I’d like to put them into my main list.How do I move them? Also, how do I ensure they then don’t go into the ‘welcome to the list’ workflow?Thanks for your help. Ruth

Problems with text size on mobile

Hi, I’ve just created my first ever workflow as I recently signed up to Klaviyo. I followed the template. On first email, the text is a good size for mobile. On the second and third emails in the flow, the text is really small on mobile. I’ve changed it manually but it actually says the same as the first email 14px. Does anyone have any idea why it would be doing this?I don’t really want to manually change the mobile size each time and it’s odd that it’s fine in one email but not in another.Thank youRuth

Welcome email & purchase flow advice

Hi there, I’ve created my welcome series, which consists of a 10% discount code when people sign up to the newsletter and then I send the social media info and finally a list of our bestsellers.But, how do I stop people getting the flow if they have been signed up as a result of purchasing?Second question - if someone purchases after the 1st or 2nd email, will they automatically go into my post purchase flow (which i need to set up) and won’t finish this flow or will they get both?Many thanks for your help.

Mailchimp integration & 30 day engaged segment

Hi there,I’ve just moved over to Klaviyo from Mailchimp. When I created my newsletter list, I just uploaded a CSV file of my existing subscribers, which just included their first name, surname and email address. I didn’t realise at the time that there was a Mailchimp integration option.I have since created my 30, 60 and 90 day engaged segments but all my contacts are in each segment - I assume because they’ve just been added in the last 15 days? So, to try and solve the problem, I then realised that there was a Mailchimp integration option and I’ve added that using the API from Mailchimp. But how do the contacts in my newsletter list get updated as nothing seems to have changed?I thought they might be automatically updated to show klaviyo when they last opened emails etc or is this not possible? I thought the 30, 60, 90 day engaged lists would now be updated and show different numbers? Can anyone help?I just want to make sure I’ve done everything correctly - or should I just delete the
