Lead Ad will not synch firstname with Klaviyo List

Hi there,we have a small lead campaign running with an instant form connected to our klaviyo. It does sync the mailing address with our list but not the first names. What could be the issue here and is there a fix to it, or would I need to manually ad all the names? Thank you for your help in advance,All the best,Elisabeth

Embedded form not rendering with Impulse Theme

Hi,I am trying to add an embedded form into our footer. We are using shopify with the impulse theme. I posted the code into the footer liquid as described in the tutorial, but it wont show up. I then tried to post it somewhere else, still a no show :-/ I also made sure to delate the code wherever I posted it. If I edit the theme however the sign up form shows up 3 times, but is still nowhere to be seen on the live page… How is that even possible? What do I do wrong? I am no coder and have no clue what I’m doing….Please help!Thank you in advance!Cheers Elli

Back in Stock as sign up for Newsletter

Hi,we sell vintage one of kind objects. After an item has been sold, we leave them up on the website for a time to create fomo. Since we sell only unique items, they do not get restocked. However, we would like to offer a sign up form on the product page after an item has sold for people, who missed out on said item. This sign up form should sign people up to our main email list.Is the Back in Stock option the right choice for this?And if so can I install it, as we use the impulse theme of shopify in combination with pagefly?Thank you in advance for your advice!Kind regards, Elisabeth

Product Block - Shopify Notifications

Hi, we want to customize our shopify notifications. However when I export the  code e.g order confirmation or abandoned cart code I get an error massage. I suppose that is because there is a product block included. As outlined here https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005080587-How-to-Personalize-and-Export-Shopify-Notification-EmailsHas anyone found a way around it or do I really need to pay extra for other apps such as orderly to have custom notifications?

How exclude a certain product from showing up in auto populated product block?

Hi,I am designing a cross sell flow. We sell vintage, one of a kind items and therefore need the block to auto populate. However we also have a gift wrapping product, which we would like to not show up in this block. Is there any possibility to exclude certain products from the auto population feed?Thank you in advance! Elisabeth
