Streaming contacts into another flow from an existing flow

HelloApologies if this has been posted before but I am new to Klaviyo and still finding my way around.This community has been really helpful and has tremendous amount of resources to refer to! :)I was wondering if there is a way in Klaviyo where there is an option to bring contacts already in one flow into another new flow. For example:Flow 1: Failed order (failed payment trigger > send email)Flow 2: Customer winback (placed order trigger > send email) I would like to make it such that:Failed payment trigger > send email > (goes into Flow 2) My questions are:Is there a way to continue on into another flow from the current flow the contact is in? Is there a way to continue into a certain stage of the other flow from the current flow?I heard that this may be achieved through trigger flows but I am unsure as to how this works. Some help notes or explanation on this would be helpful. Thank you very much!

Failed payment flow not working

HelloI am creating a Failed Payment flow using the Failed Payment metric from the Stripe integration.According to the Integrations tab, there is a green border around the Stripe integration box. So this means that it has been fully synced and integrated.The webhooks between Stripe and Klaviyo are successfully set up. There are successful calls recorded by Stripe when I make a test order. Using the test order codes that would trigger a failed order, Stripe records these payments as failed. However, it is not showing up in Klaviyo. I have made a few failed test orders and none of these times does it show up on Klaviyo. It only shows that I have started checkout (Woocommerce). Hence my failed order flow is not triggered and no email has been sent.I found this in the Klaviyo documentation: How to integrate with Stripe on a failed payments flow and I was wondering what the flow trigger was as highlighted in the snapshot below.So I’m wondering why failed payments are not being recorded and a

Custom metric for Woocommerce for Order Status

Hi, Apologies if there is already a similar post in the forum. However, I recently transitioned to Klaviyo for my business’s email marketing and am still exploring the available features here.I am looking to build a flow regarding failed orders and was wondering if there is a way to get that metric in Klaviyo. I have seen the Woocommerce metrics in Klaviyo and can’t seem to find the right metric to represent what I need.Flow:If ‘order status: fail’, send email etc Is there a way to do this with the existing metrics or how can I create a custom metric for order status?Thanks a bunch :)
