Best Way To Track Sign Ups With Form

I’d like to get some opinions on what the best way is to track new sign ups through a pop-up form which is displayed on our website homepage. The form has a button labelled “Create Account” to potential customers that do not yet have a trade account with our business. The tricky part is once they click that button, it takes them to the sign up page here which is completely separate from the form. When clicking the “Create Account” button, this shows as a form submitted, however we don’t know if anyone is created an account. When creating an account we would like to trigger a “Welcome Series” flow based on the pop-up form. Any ideas on the best way to track this?

Order Product Value Not Working

In mid December i notice that the metric “Order product value” suddenly stopped tracking purchases and now only shows $0.00We use Magento 2 - is there any way to check and see if this metric has somehow dropped off or troubleshoot for a error?

Same Unsubscribe/Manage Preferences Page for ALL Lists & Segments

I am having trouble setting my customised unsubscribe and manage preferences pages to every single email i send out which, in most cases, is to many different lists and segments. I have created the custom pages under ‘Hosted Pages” using HTML and have updated this under the “Preference Page” for Unsubscribe & Manage Preferences. When i send out a test email, it still goes to the default “Unsubscribe & Manage Preferences” page that Klaviyo uses. I updated ONE list from the generic unsubscribe link to my custom link/page. That worked however i can’t do it for segments.All i wish to do is have my custom Unsubscribe & Manage Preferences page for every email sent to every list/segment. How can this be achieved?

Open Rate decline with new template. Why?

We recently changed our eDm template to a fresh, new design with a more structure layout & navigation bar. Since using this template, we have noticed a great decline in open rates. All parameters & settings have remained the same as the old template, yet I’m trying to troubleshoot why the open rate has dropped off so much. Click through rates have increase despite the open rate declining, so this would only suggest that the new template is doing it’s job. The only thing i have noticed so far as part of my troubleshooting exercise, is some images used a JFIF (compressed JPEG) format. I’ll make sure that these are now JPEG.One of our team members received the email in their junk folder with this message. NOTE: The send is the same as what we used on the old template.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Price Drop Flow - Preview & testing

Hi, Is there a way to test a price drop flow that has had a % off applied to a product? I’d like to ensure all the tags are working before going live.At the moment, it has preview but that’s only to preview the email without any data to test tags.
