Where can I drop feedback for Klaviyo UI improvements?

I have a few thoughts on ways to improve the Klaviyo User Interface and I wondered if there is a Forum Topic to offer feedback on this. It would be AWESOME if I could actually SEE the campaign I sent without having to click into the analytics. Like add the View Campaign link to the drop down/hover menu on the campaigns screen instead of having to click into the campaign to view it. I would like to be able to schedule the same email on a recurring basis. I send a weekly reminder about my Five Dollar Friday sale and right now I have to go in and set up two separate emails (two list segments) and schedule them to send but it’s the same email every week. Why not let me set it up to send every week automatically? Like a recurring event in Outlook or something One page with all the subscribe links for my various lists would be amazing, having to click into the list, click the subscribe/preferences page, click on the subscribe icon is TOO MANY CLICKS!  The new editor doesn’t work well for me.

Customer Getting Dropped from a Flow - HELP!

I set up a flow to send a series of emails when a customer purchases a specific product, seems simple enough. I even purchased the product MYSELF to test that the flow worked. It looked like it was working, so far the first two emails have gone out to the people who have purchased, but for some reason, the FIRST person who ordered the product did not get the third email in the series. Her account wasn’t skipped, there is NO way to force the email to go out to her, to resend it or anything. Her account just NEVER went to the next email in the flow. WHAT THE HECK?  The only thing I can think of is that she was skipped at the beginning due to Smart Sending (the bane of my existence) but I fixed that and she got the SECOND email just not the third!  Oh and for some reason, I’m not getting the emails either, plus there is no way to MANUALLY send the flow emails or push my account through the flow, I just don’t exist in there anymore, even though I DID purchase the item and so I should get t

Transition to Klaviyo - Email Wording

I am moving my customer list from my current email provider over to Klaviyo and I need some wording (catchy title and email copy) for how to:notify current engaged customers that the provider is changing (nothing will really change for them) re-engage customers who were moved to “transactional” status due to a glitch between Shopify and my old provider (they haven’t heard from me in a while BUT they are likely repeat customers) re-engage customers who may have unsubscribed on my old provider but still show as subscribed on their Shopify account.The problem is I have data from Shopify which has 6800 subscribers, data from my old provider which is FEWER because of that glitch and now, data from the Shopify to Klaviyo import (which is lower than both of the other numbers for some weird reason).  I don’t want to send an email to the list that imported over from Shopify and then have a massive number of people unsubscribe and get flagged as SPAM or something. Can anyone help me with this?
