Adapting email language in flows

Hi  The market we are operating in has 2 languages (French/Dutch) just like Canada would. I’d like to set-up an Abandoned Basket email with the right language but cannot find any attribute and cannot use the location one as all customers are based in the same country (Belgium). Is there a workaround or am I stuck in sending these emails in 1 language?  Thanks Leo

Dynamic content in Flow based on time of the day / day of the week

Hi I’d like to show in our Abandoned Basket email our Free Next Day delivery message but only if customer receive the email prior to our cut off (3pm). Is there a way to do this? ThanksLeo

Enabling store staff to communicate with local customers

Hi I was wondering if anyone has managed to enable their colleagues in store to communicate with local customers, either in a 1-to-many way (advertising special offer / events for example) or in a 1-2-1 way (private shopping follow-up for VIPs)?Either using Klaviyo directly or integrating another platform/app to Klaviyo to manage data capture and management (permissions) in one place. ThanksLeo

Cancelled order revenue reporting

As part of the integration between Shopify and Klaviyo, I was wondering if it would be possible to remove cancelled orders from the assisted revenue reporting. This often inflate results and can lead to wrong insights on campaigns or flows performance.

Show/Hide content block based on someone's device

I’ve got an email in a flow pushing our app and I’d like to show/hide the CTAs based on the mobile device the email is open in (i.e. only show the iOS CTA for iOS phones).  Is this doable?

Dynamic Store content module based on location

Hi  I’d like to add to my emails a content module with the closest store for my recipients. We’ve got 18 stores across the UK so how could I make this happen? Ideally I’d use distance to postcode to define the content (both copy and image). This is for both campaigns and flows. Thanks Leo

Measuring campaign analytics and CLV incrementality

Hi I’ve been using Klaviyo for a couple months now and I was wondering how the rest of the community was measuring incrementality. It’s great to have 2 way to measure revenue (last click in Google via UTM and assisted conversion within 5 days via Klaviyo) but I’d love to understand how much of this revenue is actually incremental. Ultimately, that’s what we should judge our success on. Is there a way to set-up control group who don’t receive 1 or several campaigns and compare their CLV and purchase behaviours with other audiences? Anyone has done this with good results? CheersLeo

[Shopify] CTA Button with Dynamic Link Based on Store

Hi I’d like to send an email to push our customers to review our store in Google. We have 18 stores so I’m trying to understand how I could make the template dynamic based on the store the bought from (POS tag from Shopify). I know how to do this in the copy of the email but what I’m struggling with is to adapt the link in the CTA. Ideally, I’d like the link to be different for each store so it takes you to the Google review page relevant to the store you bought from. ThanksLeo

Automatically adding CARE permission to profiles coming from Shopify

I’d like to be able to send CARE communications, which uses Legitimate Interest as opposed to consent, to my customers. In order to do so, I need to provide them with a way to unsubscribe from it (ideally in a separate way than Marketing). With previous CRM tool, I was able to have a CARE flag created for every orders and which was managed separately than the marketing flag. Is there a way to do this in Klaviyo?

Adding an Opted-In Attribute

I’m new to using Klaviyo and I’m trying to find the most efficient way to select customers who have opted-in and have not unsubscribe, none regarding where the data was collected.  At the moment, we add every-single lists into a segment (there are a lot and it will only continue growing) and add the condition ‘is not suppressed from marketing’ which I feel is quite a hassle.  Is there an attribute (existing or custom) which could be as simple as ‘Marketing Permission is True’ or ‘Opted-in to Marketing’ and which would be updated when someone is added to a list or unsubscribe from emails?  Thanks

Segment based on specific product/category's tenure

I’m trying to understand if I can create segments based on a specific product/category tenure. Here are the example: has purchased a bike in the last 3 months (none regarding whether or not they purchased something else) or has purchased a bike between 3 and 12 months. Ideally, I’d like to keep it at a collection level (Shopify integration) rather than having to go down the SKU route.
