New 'Home' & Dashboards Update

Hello everyone,I wanted to share my thoughts on the recent update to Klaviyo's 'Home' feature. In my opinion, the new design is a step back compared to the previous version. The same goes for the recently launched Dashboards.Here are my main concerns:The visual hierarchy is unclear, making it difficult to quickly identify important information. The use of the full screen is not optimized, which leads to more scrolling and a less efficient user experience. The font used for the numbers looks outdated and can be challenging to read.Personally, I preferred the previous Dashboards, as now I don’t use them nearly as much (if at all) compared to the previous version.I am interested in hearing other Klaviyo users' thoughts on this update and I’m hopeful we at least get to choose between ‘Home’ and ‘Dashboards’ versions.Thank you.

All-Image Emails — No Longer Considered Bad Practice?

Hi everyone!I hope your Holiday Season sales are through the roof and that you’re planning for an even better 2022.I’ve been thinking of stepping up the design aspect of emails I create for my clients in 2022. The brand I’m drawing inspiration from is MVMT, as they have some wonderful emails going out. The design alone makes you want to impulse buy their products, but these emails are against everything we, email marketers, often talk about; best practices.The emails are very image heavy, which brings all potential disadvantages we’re all aware of, but on the other hand they’ve been doing it for quite a while so it probably works well for them? Next to the obvious design advantage, they’re using tables in their emails so the layout looks quite good on mobile, far better than images stacking on top of each other, although the text is a bit hard to see but I don’t think it’s a major drawback.I guess I’m just curious if going creating all-image emails is still considered bad practice?

Improving Campaign Performance - Open Rate, Email Conversion, Deliverability

Hi everyone,The company I work for has two websites and both utlize email marketing via Klaviyo. The first sells men’s grooming products - razors, aftershaves, balms, soaps, etc. The list size of this one is nearly 22,000. The segmentation we have has mostly been based on engagement, but now we’ve moved to Non-Purchasers/First-Time Purchasers/Repeat Customers, and the second one performs worse than the first. With that in mind, we’re seriously struggling with campaign performance. I’m coming from an agency, so I’d say our emails look decent, especially because I’ve seen emails which look far worse in all aspects, but perform better (in other industrise, however.The second sells surfing gear - surfboards, wetsuits, bags, etc.The list size is nearly 5,000, and we’re sending to the Master list, as we’re seeing 20-35% open rates and about 1.3% - 2.6% click rate, but once again, struggling with conversions.I’m not sure what to do anymore. We send about two campaigns per week or less, and it
