Why doesn't klaviyo receive SMS consent from Facebook or Instagram etc.?

Hi all,I have about 40k subscribers with active phone numbers awaiting me to target and send sms campaigns to them. However, only about 90+ of them has consented to receive my sms according to Klaviyo.Is there a workaround or do I have to send an email campaign to let those customers agree to receive sms through Klaviyo again?

How To Make Sure Flows Don’t Clash With Each Other?

Hi All,Just a general question that seeks an answer. How do we ensure that flows don’t clash with each other? Can a single customer be in two flows at the same time? Or do we pull apart the waiting time and make sure there is enough resting period between each email, either campaign or flow so that the customer receives an adequate amount of emails.

Why Doesn't My Dashboard Performance Doesn't Match My Campaigns Revenue?

Hi All Who Are Interested, So I’ve recently had this issue where in the month of February, my monthly campaigns shown on the dashboard in February doesn’t match up to my individual campaigns (if i claw it from my campaigns tab). There is a slight discrepancy in the last campaign that I’ve sent. Therefore the numbers do not match up.Any help on this would be good. Thanks all and have a wonderful week ahead.-Cerwin

What are some Segmentation practices that are suitable for Email Campaigns?

Hi Klaviyo Community, I’m in the industry that sells tech. So most of my products are ranging about $500-1000. What are some abandoned cart tactics/examples that our Klaviyo Community has thought up?

Hi there Klaviyo Community, (New to Klaviyo) I’ve been thinking about how to salvage whatever’s that left of my Abandoned Order on Shopify. On Klaviyo, it is reported that my store currently has a36.7% open rate9.7% click rate7/221 order rate/successful deliveryIs this data any good? Open to any ideas to hook my customers back! Examples would be great!
