How to Use the same email in multiple flows

How to create an email for flow 1  using the email template we have created from a separate flow (i.e. flow 2)?  Can we copy and paste the emails from flow 1 to flow 2?

How to send existing subscribers who haven't received welcome series

Hi we read about backflow but it’s just too complicated to us. Resend the same campingn in bulk

Hi,I read from your knowledge base that we can resend the campaign by going to the “activity feed”, but we can only send the email one by one.  Can you show us how we can resend the campaign to those who haven’t opened the email in bulk?How to create the segment?

how to set up a welcome series flow with all subscribers from different signup forms?

Questions -1))) How to send all the subscribers below the same welcome flow?  All sign up forms (existing and new ones that we will create)  Existing subscribers who joined the list through other email marketing service before we joined Klaviyo. 2))) How to prevent the same subscribers receiving too many emails in a week? i.e. once the subscriber make the purchase, he will be receive buyer flows.  Can we delay the welcome flow to next week? Details - A freelancer set up a welcome flow for new subscribers who sign up 10% discount form.  When we said we need old subscribers (from Active Campagin) and the subscribers of all other Klaviyo forms receive the same flow. She creates a separate flow for them.  The challenge is - we plan to have 15+ welcome emails.  We don’t want to create the email twice for these 2 separate flows.   Please take a look of the screenshots

Can you combine coupons, change the background color of a block and fix broken product images?

hi, 3 questions - thanks in advance for you thorough answers coupon  update the the block color - NOT just the background color around the text. “cyber monday deals” product image error ************************** Can the coupon generated at klaviyo combined with shopify coupon. Buyer can only put one coupon code on checkout page but I just want to double check with you  Trying to change the color of the template “Cherish the moment”.   But I am unable to change the color of the block.  The best I an do is to change the background text color and it’s not what we want. Please show us how to change the block color.   We recently updated shopify product image and now the product in the email look like error.   Since we didn’t need to upload product image but simply “select from the catalogue, I don’t think we need to select product all over again  ---   Can you confirm if we need to “re-select” the product update all our emails or not?

Hi,1. View products - We have added the snippet but it doesn't seem it's working as the screenshot.    can you please check if it is working or not. If not what do we need to do?2.Active on site - We have never added a snippet but when we follow the instruction of "Testing the Onsite JavaScript". We actually got "Data received green button".How to confirm it’s really done ?If it’s not actually done,  and it can be added to main.product.liquid (just like the snippet for view products do) should the snippet be added  above or below "view products" snippet?3. Comparing Paid vs Free Account Plan for Under 200 Subscribers

We got someone to help us set up the email and we’re told there are some segment or features are only available ( active on site feature is one of them  ?) when we upgrade.  On pricing page,  the plan is free for accounts with less than 200 subscribers. Can someone share what features are we missing for a free plan ?

How Do I Identify Where My Subscribers Are Coming From in My List?

 1. Since users can't be tagged when you fill the sign up form.  How do you recommend us to segment new sign ups who sign up through Klaviyo form?We tried to create a list for one form but we don't prefer that because we don't want to have too many lists.  2. For users who sign up through the form of shopify theme.- will they be tagged when they are added to the list? how will we know those are from the theme form?3. Similarly, how will we know which sign up users join through other referral app? (i.e. automizely)
