Hi all, We have a mobile (game) app called ‘Guess in 10’. As the first step in the app, users have to sign up. Currently this email ID goes to Firebase, I want it to also be stored in a list on Klaviyo, is there a way?I have klaviyo also on my e-commerce website and love it, hence want to integrate it with our app as well.
Hi guys,I’m new to Klaviyo (or email marketing in general). I have set up some post-purchase flows for some products on our Shopify store and was trying to create some form of weekly reporting, was planning to follow a simple format on a Google Sheet, see sample below: Thinking of having someone from my team pull this data in from Klaviyo to Gsheet every week. Had the following Qs:1. Does this seem to be a good approach? Or would you rather just see the numbers in Klaviyo itself or use some other tool?2. Am I missing any metrics to track?3. How do you personally look at your metrics? How does the dashboard, reporting frequency etc look like?
Hi all,We run a Shopify store & there are 3 ways for people to subscribe to our newsletter:1. Pop up on the website (comes up 30 secs after page load)2. Form in the footer3. Checkout page (has a “also subscribe to the newsletter” opt-in/out)Now, we’ve set up a flow where as soon as someone enters the newsletter, they get a “thank you & here’s a discount coupon” email. I don’t want people in bucket #3 as mentioned above to get this, this would be annoying for them to receive AFTER they’ve already placed their first order. But I want them to receive the other future emails as part of the flow. Any guidance on how to set this up? (screenshots would be v helpful!)
Hi all, I have Klaviyo for my Shopify store and have set-up an auto-email to shoot from klaviyo as soon as someone signs up for our newsletter. Now we want to go one step further and send all transactional emailers via Klaviyo (e.g. order confirmation, shipment dispatched, order delivered, refund processed etc.). We use ‘Recharge subscriptions’ for payments and subscription management & ‘Deliverr’ for Shipping. Currently while testing I see these emails are triggered directly by Shopify, which I don’t mind, but just wanted to check with the community if there is any benefit in moving even these emails to Klaviyo? Thanks,Rishabh
Hi all, I’ve created a product specific emailer flow but that’s not shooting the desired emails. Sharing screenshots below-Flow to trigger as soon as an order is “fulfilled” on Shopify AND the item name must contain “FOR 3 YEARS”Test order I placed and marked as “fulfilled” on ShopifyConfirmation proof that the order was “fulfilled” AFTER the flow was created
Hi all,We are sell subscriptions to kids activity boxes via our shopify store (something like lovevery). We have 12 boxes for kids in the 3-5 year age bracket (1 box for every 2 months). I want to set up an email flow depending on the most recent product purchased by the customer. For e.g. if someone buys Product A, I want to send them a pre defined email every 2 weeks. Can someone help with this? Our subscription is designed to send them a new box every 2 months, hence between any 2 months people receive 4 emails from us (1 every 2 weeks). Thanks!Rishabh
Hi folks, I recently integrated Klaviyo with my new Shopify store. We plan to do a pre-launch campaign with the intention of building a strong mailing list before we do a full launch. For this we have built a landing page (on same Shopify store. Screenshot below) and the idea is anyone who gives us their email IDs on that page:1. Gets an instant ‘thanks for signing up’ emailer2. Gets added to our mailing list for monthly newsletters3. On the day of launch we plan to shoot an email to our mailing list announcing the launch & giving them a discount code Can someone help me achieve this? Thanks in advance!
