Hello here. I was recently certified by Klaviyo academy, and I have been trying to get clients on various platforms to show my skills and help their businesses grow. However, this has proven to be very difficult as most clients are asking me to show flow and campaign creation portfolios (work samples). While I can design email templates and show them to clients, I don't know how to show them past flows/campaigns I have created. Note that I don't have any work samples, indeed mainly flows and campaigns, as I am still looking for where to make use of all I have learned in the past weeks, but I am curious even when I am finally able to work on one, how will I show it to clients?
I have various questions actually1. I think the emails are showing up on Klaviyo when people submit the form but only under Profiles. They are not showing on Newsletter List and therefore, can't receive welcome emails 2. I tested the welcome emails with my emails but adding manually to newsletter. I received the email but it's going to spam. The Klaviyo accounts is new. I use Gmail and have been hearing about people having issue with deliverability to Gmail addresses, could this be the issue?
hile Klaviyo's email builder is very okay, I have come to find some specialized email building tools that focuses majorly on email designing and I have been using these tools (mainly stripo and BeePro) to design my emails and I have had some beautiful email templates created. However, I noticed that when I moved my templates over to Klaviyo, they were only rendered in HTML and can only be edited in HTML. I don't have no knowledge of HTML so this has been a very big issue for me.Although, for me, I could have said this is still fine as I can just completely design my email using these tools and just simply move them over to Klaviyo for sending but then, I am a freelancer and I only work mainly with Klaviyo.I can't design templates that will require my clients to be editing it's html codes if they want to reuse it and not all of them will have stripo or BeePro account where I could design the templates and save it there for them to be editing and exporting to Klaviyo when they need. Most of the posts and article I have read about sign-up forms for klaviyo, I realized it's absolutely normal to have more than one sign-up forms (although I am still yet to grab the reason why I would do that) which got me wondering: If I have two sign-up forms live on my Shopify, how will klaviyo be showing it? I just don't understand. Will they be shown together at the same time or what? Can someone just let me know why anyone would have two sign-up forms. Thanks guys.
Have Does Klaviyo's Abandon Cart Flow Function and Why Doesn't the App function well on a mobile device?
Hello here. So I recently started learning klaviyo as a freelancer that wants to help other businesses but I have the following questions and I would appreciate detailed and clarifying answers. 1. On creating flows e.g abandonment, if I create 2 emails under this series to be sent to customers that abandon cart let's say first one after 4 hours and the second after 24 hours.If a customer completes their checkout with the first email sent, will klaviyo detect this and not send the second email to them assuming I follow the default cart abandonment flow? Or will klaviyo send them the second email again (which is bad) or is there anything thing I have to do to ensure that doesn't happen? 2. First I have to say, Klaviyo is really a good platform. I am amazed at how optimized the platform is for even android phones and the great number of things you can do despite how complicated a platform like this should be.
