Conditional Split for Abandoned Cart Flow of High Value vs Low Value not working

Hello all,I made this Abandoned Cart flow a while back to the specifications that Klaviyo mentions, as well as fixing a little bug of the $value needing to be Price instead to register the items.The issue I’m seeing now is that the overwhelming majority are going into the trigger split “PriceAmount is less than 59.94”, aka The Low Value Cart. It’s over 99%, which seems incorrect. However, a few have gone into the High Value Cart, so I know it must be working in part. What could be causing this huge shift? I have screenshots to show.Here are the trigger filters, based on recommendations to separate our Abandoned Checkout flow as well so they aren’t getting double.Here you can see the percentages.One theory I have is that people might be triggering with Low Value initially, come back before the 1 Hour Time condition is up and add more to equal higher value, but it’s actually triggering the additions as a new low value. Is that possible? If that’s the case, is there a way to fix that?What

HELP! DNS Record for Google Domains

I’m having an issue with Google Domains while making the DNS change updates, but want to make sure this isn’t something that can be changed in Klaviyo or if there’s a workaround!Simple issue: Google Domains doesn’t accept multiple identical host names, which is what Klaviyo has in their updates. It keeps giving an error under the 2nd, 3rd and 4th record that the “host name is already in use”.Does this mean that I’ll have to go with static, instead of dynamic? Or is there a workaround for this? I’ve looked at the help articles, nothing talks about the host names needing to be different. For some reason it won’t let me attach the screenshots.

Trigger Split for Value Not Working for Abandoned Cart

We recently got the Abandoned Cart flow going based on the article for Shopify here as well as the article for preventing multiple events triggering multiple times for one user at this article here. It looks to be behaving properly, except for one issue that seems to be creating two problems:We separated cart values for high vs. low, with a discount code being offered for cart values over a certain amount (in this case, $59.94). I made a trigger split for it, as you can see.However, it doesn’t seem to be registering the amount, as no emails have been sent or are waiting in the Low Value Cart.Not only that, ALL abandoned carts, both low and high value, seem to be getting the email with the discount code. I confirmed this by testing it myself as well as checking with other users.What is wrong with this trigger that it’s not registering the value?It’s under the $value, so it’s not a custom metric that sounds like could be an issue.From my limited understanding, everything looks correct.
