Can flows be created with segment or list with customers already sitting in those list and still trigger?

Hi! Been using Klaviyo flows but noticed that’s it’s restricted to work on the basis of triggers so if I create a segment or list with customers who are already in my database, they won’t trigger the flow I have set up. The flow is ONLY triggered if the customer enters the segment for the first time after the flow is set-up. I find this super restrictive. It means flows cannot be created for customers who are already on the base and then are segmented to already sit in a list before the flow is live. Is there a way around this or is the only solution to send a normal campaign manually to customers already in a segment or list. Lots of other ESPs allow in database segmented customers to go into flows - also if they are already on the list or segmented then they are already organically added to the database.

Conditional split for students flow not working

Hi there,  I’ve set up a flow for a discount scheme we have, it looks to be working up until a conditional split which splits customers who have used a code sent to them earlier and those who haven’t. The split is not working. We know lots of customers have used the code and should be going into the Yes branch of the split but only one customer has gone through. I updated it twice today with different conditions to see if that would help: I tried conditional split if the customer fulfilled an order, then one with placed an order and finally this one with if they placed an order using the code.It currently still shows only one person has purchased with the code, however we’ve checked and lots of other customers within the flow have purchased and yet have not passed through to receive the next email.  Could you help with this please?  Thank you!  Amma

Revenue performance of Price Drop flow and other flows

Hi there, Having activated a Price Drop email last week, I wanted to report on not only engagement but also the revenue generated by the flow. However, this is not showing in the flow analytics. I’ve been researching and it seems this should be appearing on the flow analytics dashboard but all I’m seeing on mine is Delivered, Skipped, OR, CTR and active on site - there is no placed order metric. I’ve also downloaded the flow analytics to see if it would be on there but it isn’t. Additionally the flow analytics CSV shows no valid metrics (see below). I got a document with 0 on every metric, plus no revenue column. Can you help with this please?  Amma
