Request for feedback and guidance on building a category-based Browse recovery flow.

Dear Experts,I would greatly appreciate your input and guidance to target a browse recovery flow on category level. I am building a category-based Browse recovery flow that aims to send customers relevant emails based on the products they have viewed. For example, customers who viewed tents would receive tent-related emails, and customers who viewed jackets would receive jacket-related emails.To structure the flow, I have identified our top categories and developed a framework that I have outlined below. However, I am seeking feedback on whether this is the right approach to build a category-based flow.Additionally, I am unsure of what the last trigger in the flow should be. Since there may be new categories in the future, I need to decide on a trigger that can encompass any new categories. For instance, if the customer does not view any of the categories listed in the flow, should they receive a generic email? If so, what should be the trigger?If a customer viewed 3 items from differe

Gmail Privacy Changes? Please advise

Hi Experts, Was their any updates made by Gmail for Privacy. I have just registered on Glockapps and they flagged our emails are going into spam on Gmail. based on the recommendations, i removed unwanted images and shorten the image size to balance 65/35 but the difference is not huge, it is still flagging spam. though the open rate for Gmail emails is 31%.Just wondering if there was any change happened in gmail privacy which is why it is happening? If so should i create a separate segment for gmail customers and start sending text based emails?

What Heatmap do you guys recommend for klaviyo emails?

Hi Klaviyo Experts, What heatmap tool are you guys using for emails?Which email monitoring, placement and insights tool have you guys used that you recommend? basically i want to know the placement of our emails on ESP, if its promotions, primary or spam.Thanks in Advance Sunny

please help! how to track intial source from facebook ads or Google ads?

Hi TeamI have been struggling to understand this but have not had a luckI want to track the initial source of subscribers navigating to our website. we are spending hige on facebook and google ads + other referral marketing and once some one comes from any source, they will be triggered with an optimonk pop up which will be passed to klaviyo. or the other way to add is customer opting in via shopify checkout.Now we want to know the LTV of customers coming via facebook ads (not lead gen) and added to klaviyo. As per klaviyo articles, i tried creating a segment to find subscribers via facebook but all i can see is some random ads ids which looks like name of the campaigns, but not sure if its via facebook or google. Attaching the screenshot below is there a way i can identify if the initial source for navigating to the website and added on klaviyo list?same for Google.we want to spend on a channel where the subscriber clv is high?Thank you in advance.

Revenue per recipient or revenue per customer? Help needed please

Hi All, Is Revenue per recipient also tells us how much we can spend on lead gen ads? for instance last month our RPR from emails were $1.19, does that mean this is something we should spend on new subscribers acquisition via paid ads? Is RPR which klaviyo tells is after all the marketing expenses/taxes etc?Aplogise if i am confusing Revenue per recipient with revenue per customer, Klaviyo only shows RPR so i am assuming RPR is also Revenue per customer also? I have read this https://www.klaviyo.com/blog/revenue-per-recipient#:~:text=Revenue%20per%20recipient%20tells%20you,also%20help%20you%20get%20better. it doesnt tell if RPR is a right metric to use for projecting customer acquisition? Can someone please guide about this metric. Thanks,Sunny

How to check which product customer bought from Flow emails?

Hi Klaviyo Experts, Is there a way to see what products customers bought from flow emails just like how we can see what customers bought from campaign emails.  since we have diverse products, i want to see what product customers are buying from onboarding flow email x. Is there a way to see this?Thanks,Sunny

Apple privacy opens

Hi All,I was just reading the new update on MPP tracking by Klaviyo, do you guys recommend changing email conversion to “Opened or clicked email (excluding Apple privacy opens)” if so does it mean it wont include AI opens? Keen to know more about it. Thanks,Sunny

Welcome emails based on different categories - Suggestions Required please

Hi Experts, I am hoping someone to understand the scenario and suggest based on their experience. The question that i am asking could have completed in 2 lines but i believe it is always good to explain to get a valuable suggestion.Question:we have different categories on our store, although the main category is just one from where we are getting 90% of our revenue. Our Onboarding emails (and also other flows) are skewed towards that one category which means we are not creating awareness for our other two categories via flows but definitely sending 1-2 campaign emails around other categories, Just to give more context, most of our tofu traffic comes via ads which is also 80% skewed towards that core category. The exit intent pop up also skewed towards the core category. However we are working to create balance so that we create awareness for the other 2 categories. To start with Flows, I have been thinking to create a hyper personalised flows for one of our highly revenue generated flo

Identify email subscriber & calculate historic CLV

Hi Klaviyo Team, Before I start my question, here are the things that might help me explaining and klaviyo team answering the question. We are using optimonk for lead capturing.Our main sources of traffic to our store is Organic, via facebook ads, Google ads, advertorial.My question is - I need to understand email subscribers, by source of acquisition? Are we getting mainly from paid ads? or social organic, or Google organic? how much each subscriber spend on average in their first transaction, and how much. they spend over lifetime. (do you guys suggest exporting our newsletter list and accept marketing list which will give me their LTV? This data is important for us as we want to start with lead capturing campaigns and would want to know how much we should spend on acquisition.  While finding the answer to above questionsI was looking at Analytics and to identify the source of email subscriber acquisition, I have clicked on Analytics and advanced filers. How Do I Send a Transaction Email for Product Recall?

Hi Experts, An urgent question. We have a product recall email ready to be sent to all the customer purchased that product, even the unsub scribers as well. I have created a segment with all the customers purchased the product and included that in the transactional flow, To send them this email, I have back populated all the recipients but so far it is showing 0. Is there anything that i am missing or is there any other way to send all these customer product recall email.I would really appreciate if some one can respond to it asap. Thank you so much in advanceSunny
