How do I add header links to the welcome flow emails?

I am finding Klaviyo to be a horrible, user-unfriendly app. It seems like you need a degree in computer science just to navigate basics. For example, when I go into the welcome series template, where is the option to add header links in the header block? I can’t see it anywhere so I saved that draft email as a template. I then went into that template, and again, no obvious way of adding header links in the header bar. So how do I do this? I thought it would be very simple to do this but apparently not. I’d give this app a 1/5 rating for its difficulty of use.

What is that standard font called in the welcome series flows?

Hi, what is the name of the standard font used in the welcome series emails? It does not specify the name or size of the font when I go into edit the text. I would like to keep that same font and size in the campaign emails but when I select a drag and drop template in campaign, the font looks quite ugly despite going through all the font styles and sizes. Is the font specific to the template selected? How do I get the same font in campaign emails as the welcome series emails?

Who should receive my first campaign?

Who should the 1st campaign be sent to based on welcome series interaction of subscribers...ONLY sent to those who opened or clicked on links without buying anything?Or is the 1st campaign sent to ANYONE who goes through the welcome series even if they didn’t open or click on any links?If they did buy a product, how are they segmented off into customer lists? Where do I put that condition?And is the 1st campaign automatically sent out to people who went through the welcome series? Under campaign > recipients it says send to “potential purchasers” “Winback opportunities” “Newsletter”.How are “Potential Purchasers” determined? Those who clicked on links, abandoned carts or product browses? In which case, will they automatically go into the abandoned cart/browse flows that I have activated...even if they’re still in the welcome series, or do they switch over to those flows and come out of the welcome flow even if they haven’t completed it?I have linked the popup forms for the welcome s

Logo not uploading properly into welcome series flow email

I am having problems uploading my logo into the header/link bar block. I am selecting the block “Logo Centred” and yet the logo is appearing on the left half of the block and the right half has the text “shop now”Why isn’t the logo aligning to the centre as selected?When I delete the text section on the right, the logo disappears too and that block becomes a thick black line going across the top of the email. Why is that, can’t I just have a central aligned logo in that section without text?I just want a clickable logo in that section that is centre aligned so why isn’t it doing this?What logo size do I need?When I resize the logo it is NOT changing the logo size when I click save.I would have thought that uploading a logo would be simple straightforward but it appears to be very hard with Klaviyo!

Where is the option to add a header image to the signup forms?

In the “guide to creating a signup form” the pop up is customised with that coffee bean image. It says to use a 600 x 500 image approx. https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026474752-Guide-to-Creating-a-Signup-FormSo how do you add this image at the top of the form in the options? It does not explain this in the article!The only form edit options I see are form type, side image, form background and form styles. So where is the option to upload a header image to the form?

How do I set up 2 pop ups forms appearing at different times?

Hi I am trying to do the following:Someone suggested I could have 2 different pop ups appearing at different times, say after 2 seconds, then after 10 seconds. Is that a done practice or too much overload for visitors?I think it will give more opportunity to optin. The 1st discount popup (appearing after 2 seconds) would send the discount code in the 1st email and then send the newsletter tips/promotions in subsequent emails, and the 2nd optin form is the newsletter, (ie 1st email is the “3 tips” info, second email could be the discount code….so it would be a case of switching the order of the first 2 emails around for each optin form.How do I set that up? And do I link the discount pop up to a flow? (the “welcome series”?) and then link that flow to the newsletter? Do I link the 2nd pop up for the newsletter to a campaign rather than a flow?

Campaign or Flow for optins on popup form on my website?

Hi, I am new to this Klaviyo so a bit confused where to start. I want to start collecting emails from a pop up form on my website in exchange for a post about 3 simple tips for improvement in my niche. The emails after that initial one from the popup form will form part of a newsletter with tips and product promotions.Do I need to set up a flow for this or a campaign?

Do the sign up forms appear as pop ups to collect emails?

Hi please refer to the numbered pointsI would like one of the sign up forms to appear as a pop up. How do I set up a pop up compared to a standard optin form on my website?I would like the pop up to offer a £50 discount code in exchange for their email. And I would like another signup form to offer free tips and product promotions as part of a newsletter. Where does the standard newsletter optin form go on my website? Does the newsletter email sign up form need to be separate from the popup form offering the discount, and if so, do I need 2 separate sign up forms on the website, one for the pop up discount form and the other for the email newsletter? Should the pop up form be linked to a flow, and the newsletter sign up offering free tips and promotions form be linked to a campaign?Thank you.
