Our API integrated metrics are not working...

If you look at our API metrics like Checkout started, Active on site and Placed order for the past 15 days, you can see that they have not been working properly. Even though people are active on site, people are checking out and placing orders.Due to this, flows are not getting triggered, meaning no emails are getting sent.Can someone advise on this, please?

How to add preview lines to a HTML email?

So, basically I want to send a campaign which is an HTML email.Which results to no option in adding preview lines straight to the box.And when I searched on google, I found this info:But how do I actually implement this?So, let’s say I want to use “Welcome to my team” as a preview line in an HTML email.Where should I add this text in the tag mentioned in the picture?Also where should I use this tag in the HTML email.Thank you ✨

Is my form submit rate right?

We have a 2.3% form submit rate on our popup. It is a two-page popup.On the first page, we give a 10% discount and ask for email address. In the second page, we upgrade it to 15% discount and ask for SMS number.Currently, we have 2.3% sign-up rate (which is very low)We want it to be at least 5%.Do we have a 2.3% rate because we have two pages? I mean, let’s say if we remove the second page of the popup, which is requesting SMS, can I say for sure that the conversion rate that is showing up on Klaviyo will increase?Basically, my question is: the 2.3% rate that’s showing up is the rate for both the first page and the second page, right?And if, for instance, I remove the second page, the form submission rate will definitely shoot up, right?Sorry for the long Q lol

How do I find the history behind this term?

If you can see on the left hand side, you can see “Properties about someone smile state equals member”.So the term “Smile State” was created by one of the previous Klaviyo user of this account (correct me if I’m wrong).My question is how do I find the history behind this term?I want to remove this conditional split but I want to make sure I understand it before deleting it.Can anyone help me out on this one? : ) ​​​​​​​

Is the current setup right?

I am auditing this particular account and for their post-purchase flow the trigger is “fulfilled order” not “placed order”.Placed order is the right trigger for a post-purchase flow right?Because placed order is when a person places an order and “fulfilled order” is when a person receives an order.For context, the first email we are sending to the customers is “Thank you for your purchase”.So, ideally “placed order” should be the trigger for this email, right?Appreciate your help : )

We have 76k customers on shopify but on Klaviyo it only shows 33k active profiles

Hi,For this client of mine, they have 76k customers on Shopify (customers who have given email consent), but on Klaviyo, I can only see 33k active profiles.Can I know how this mismatch usually happens?Also, let me know if, in this case, I can export the 76k customers from Shopify and upload them into Klaviyo.And if I do, can I know how to do it properly?Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Why do contacts need to wait 1 day to receive a thank you email from the brand...

 The above is the customer thank you flow suggested by Klaviyo.But if you see, they suggest we wait 1 day before sending them a thank you email.But won’t our customers need to receive a thank you email right after they place an order?Or am I missing anything.I’m just trying to understand the psychology behind it.Thanks!! :)

Why the mismatch in the numbers?

If you see, in the last 30 days, 180 people have submitted the form and the contacts are added to this list called “[CT] canvas newsletter”But if you see the welcome flow, in the last 30 days, close to 800 people have entered our welcome flow which is getting triggered from the same list called “[CT] canvas newsletter”.Would appreciate some explanation on this.Thank you!

I lost half of the people when I added an extra definition...

I was creating a "customers" segment. For the first time, I just gave a "fulfilled order at least once over all time" and created the segment. I had around 4.5k people in it.The second time, I went to update the definition. I added an extra definition called "Person is not suppressed" to remove the suppressed people.Then I updated the segment.Shockingly, now I only have 2.5k people showing. Does that mean 2K of my customers are suppressed with email, or am I missing out on anything?Thanks in advance :)

There is a difference between a shipped order and a fulfilled order, right? Shipped order - The product is shipped from the brand to the delivery serviceFulfilled order - The product is handed over to the customerThen why can’t I find an option to create a flow from the metric “Shipped order”

I want to send emails to engaged in the last 90 days but how do I filter the abandoned users?

So, basically, I want to send regular campaigns to the segment called "engaged in the last 30/60/90/120 days" and the condition I use this for this segment is..Opened my email at least once in the last 30/60/90/120 days The email is not suppressed.The above are the only two conditions I use for this segment. Now, my question is, does that mean I am also emailing people who have abandoned their carts, browsed abandoned, or left their checkouts abandoned? If so, how do I get rid of them from my emails (i mean we shouldn't send marketing emails to them, right?)?Love some help.

Why large no. of emails are getting skipped in abandoned cart flow?

The smart sending is turned off and no other filters are turned on.What could be the reason for such a high volume of emails getting skipped (high volume compared to the no. of delivers)

Revenue info is not showing up

My client runs a fitness business selling subscription programs. We are pretty new to Klaviyo. For some reason, only active on site info is showing up for campaigns and not the placed order which means I can’t find out how much revenue each email is generating. Any ways to fix that?

Why do my flows are getting 0 click through rates

Basically I did all the emails in this abandoned cart flow in September 6. But for some reason the in the last 20 days these flows didn’t generate any sales and when I looked at it, I found that the emails are getting 0 click through rates. I have attached the first email in the flow and you can see that the placed order rate says it is 3.7%. But how come the placed order rate is 3.7% when the email didn’t get any clicks. Can someone explain this to me?PS. Yes, the CTA links are correct

Difference between snapshot segment and convert to list?

Basically, the current client of mine doesn’t have any list. Since we can’t do a welcome flow without any list, I tried to create a segment first. So I created a segment named “Master list” with a condition of “person is not suppressed”. Now I want to convert this into a list and then connect that list to the sign up form and welcome flow so that I can activate the welcome flow. Is what I’m trying to achieve possible? If possible should I “snapshot the segment” or “convert to list” in the settings? Please let me know
